I like the store very helpful The Rep i go to is very honest and truly cares I must admit there is some employees that maybe rude thats why you should find your fit, I like going to my rep. because he explains to me and is never rude, very understanding. I must admit I hate one of the managers He truely believes we are stupid I wanted to tell him off so bad I bet he tought i couldnt hear him. He was breathing down my reps. neck telling him to sale other stuff to me that I had the money and my rep just looked at him like are you serious -__- If this manager goes up to your REp. helping you tell him off because he is frocing them to bs you out of your money dont blame them, they dont want to get fired. I think that manger is a total idiot he believes everyone has money and can careless about the customers. I also hate when he is near my rep it is very uncomfterable. People disliking this store maybe the ones that didnt get their way, Sprint has rules they must fallow deal with it everywhere you go they will have the rules so stop complaining about your phone not getting fix i bet they told you why or other options but you guys didnt want them. Sadly this store also has a lot of stupid customers come in wanting their phone fix when they have to go through insureance and they dont like the wait so they just complain its like come on you want the phone cheaper or do you want to buy it brand new -___- all phone companys do this.

Nunca mejoran a pesar de lo concurrida que es la zona y lo antiguo de los clientes con dicha compañía... El servicio que esta tienda ofrece es horrible, nada profesional, no ayudan para nada, y encima que tratan mal al cliente se molestan cuando se les pregunta algo, y ni hablar del tiempo de espera todo para decir: llame a servicio al cliente... No recomiendo en lo más mínimo este lugar!!!!

Customer service isnt the greatest. Called today and spoke to a lady in the middle of my question, (I guess she got frustrated and didnt want to "deal" with me anymore) she transferred me to someone else. Who wasnt that much better. They were both dismissive and were trying to get me off the phone. If they dont want to speak to customers and try to resolve out issues maybe there shouldnt be an option to speak to someone in the store. And after scrolling through the reviews and seeing that most of the comments are negative, it seems that sprint doesnt care about their customers. The managers and/or the employees who review these dont care about their customers. Thanks sprint. I see why people tell me to leave sprint.

I usually dont write reviews but when an experience with a store is this bad I feel obliged to share. I went in here to get a phone plus plan. I told the guy I wanted a plan with a free phone, and that I didnt want to pay for a phone monthly. He gave me a plan with an Iphone 4, which was free with the plan he said. He gave me a breakdown of the costs per month and I signed the contract. Later I find out that I have to pay $18 dollars per month extra for the phone. I asked them about it and they sad: technically that day the phone was free. The manager came and was very rude too, so now I understand why his personnel is so bad at customer service. What a terrible store, I advise anyone to go there.

I dont know if they get commission or not but it sure makes it look like they dont care about the customer only their profits. I went yesterday to upgrade my phone to an iPHONE5s because my two year contract was up, so while trying to do that easy task a male employee Who claimed to be a manager (with spiky hair, looked like he was 22 years old) tried to sell me a bundle packet of home phone promotion plan that includes a tablet. All I wanted was a phone. He argued with me and try to push me and persuade me to buy this package man that included a tablet. If this guy was really a manager Sprint should really think about changing employees and making the janitor a manager.

I hate how when I go to this store they refuse to give me options to change my plan.. which is totally outdated already, AND overpriced compared to their new offers. Im eligible for upgrade and all, but they say my current plan is best for me. So i called customer support and they were able to explain to me the family share pack (new plan) that would save me about 30-40 dollars a month. which I think is better customer service. when i go to this store they like to dismiss my concerns. Just saying. So I will be changing my plan this month with the help of phone representatives...

Wow, Just wow, i get how it is when your busy but holy cow the customer service is horrible we made an appointment over the phone and when we got there we still had to wait for an hour, once again I get it sometimes a rush comes in but we tell the guy what where in for again and he tells us to wait just to wait an hour and get told you cant help me, really! Couldnt you have told me that I dunno over the phone or maybe when I came in and retold you the problem Im so glad i never have to deal with them again

If I can give zero stars to this place I would because it is just abhorrent to be in this place. I got there around 6:30 and I waited almost an hour and a half and I still havent been called. The people that were there for less than 5 minutes were called. What kind of customer service is that? They dont really mind if you wait I guess. Its such a bad sprint. All the reviews on this page are true so please if you want to save yourself the trouble, dont EVER go to this place.

BAD, BAD, BAD.... I JUST WENT TO SWAP PHONES AND OVERALL TIME FROM DOING MY CLAIM FOR THE NEW PHONE AND THE SWAP TO AN OLD TEMPORARY PHONE TOOK ME ALMOST 4 HOURS!!!!!!! PEOPLE WALK IN THERE AND YOU CAN SEE THEIR FRUSTRATION IN THEIR FACES BECAUSE OF THE LONG HOURS OF WAITING FOR SOME SIMPLE PROBLEM. I LIVE AROUND THE STORE, YET I PREFER TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE IN NORTHRIDGE WICH IS COUPLE MILES AWAY DO TO THE HORRIBLE SERVICE IN THIS STORE...

VERY RUDE and Terrible service, workers there let their friends cut in line to be assisted first, i waited about an hour to be helped and all i wanted was too buy a phone. Place wasnt that busy, only one person ahead of me, TERRIBLE SERVICE! GHETTO EMPLOYEES. For their lack of customer service, i think i wont be getting my IPHONE at sprint, really terrible experience in the past with other phones. Just a nightmare.

If I can rate lower I would like half a star! Rude a** people they are unprofessional . They interrupted my phone so made me come in as I went home my phone was tripping so I called then they made me rest network and it worked and right after I got off phone it didnt so I called and made me go back to the store and they were rude hate that store they need to get new employers !
