Just like everything else UPS, a once great company is now one of the worst. I dont know what happened in the past few years, but the service is definitely not what it used to be. In this case, their website lies. I needed a notary right away and their website says that this office can do that AND open until 8pm...so I first called to double-check slightly before 7pm and the phone rang and rang and rang. So I decided to just drive the couple of miles...to find out that they actually close at 7pm. Still needing the notary and back from work, I head over there today, pay to park only to go inside to be met with a smiley girl who tells me that they dont do notary anymore. (giggle). Im like, "What? Your website still says you do. And it also says youre open til 8." She says with another giggle, "Oh, I know." "Well why dont you change it?" I ask. Another giggle, "Oh weve tried and we cant get them to do it." (giggle). Yeah, really funny. F UPS. A failing company that deserves to fold. Time to reinvest in the much superior USPS.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I tried to renew the box over the phone, but they refused to take payment ove the phone. Do not know why, since they took one six months earlier. When I got to the store and decided to renew the box, the girl threw a pen at me when I asked for a pen to sign receipt. Salomon kept arguing with me that they are right to charge the late fee. Yes, that is their right, but this location needs to learn something about a customer service and how to keep customers. Solomon told me that I can cancel the service if I want. When I had enough of his arguments, I asked to cancel the box and the girl told me that there are no refunds. STAY AWAY... THIS PLACE HAS NO CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I had to get a document notarized and a passport photo taken and printed. The whole process for both took 10 minutes and cost around 24 bucks. I couldnt have asked for better service or more friendly staff! Highly recommend.

The store is now under new management! The new manager, Erica is great and the new employees offer much better customer service. I highly recommend this shipping location, its a one stop shop!

Prices of UPS have gotten ridiculous. Cost more to send then the actual item inside the box. Will never use UPS for anything again . EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
