The clothes are decent the customer service is horrible, along with the way they post the prices. The prices posted are not the prices on the rack which is ridiculous! There may be one item that might have a $5.99 price tag and the rest is more expensive therefore they put a sign up on top of the rack advertising $5.99. Stupid! When asked how they do the prices the guy at the counter said that it is all pretty " obvious " I said "to who?", "people that are here everyday? ". I think H&M need to seriously invest in a focus group and see how many of them, while shopping, dont find it just as confusing as I did. Why not just be straight forward? So people know what they are spending without having to chase down a rude customer service rep?

A big H&M store and the mens section is decent. If you want a wider selection then go somewhere else.
