I have found some new items with the tags still-on - there are plenty of shoes for women - only one long rack for guys-I have found nice-looking well-made Italian shoes for which I have kicked myself for not buying- they were about $ 20

This is a perfectly fine Goodwill with a terrible parking lot. Its super easy to get trapped in the parking lot. Otherwise, the staff is easy going and makes it simple to donate your stuff.
