Horrible experience at this store! never get any service from this store. First, when you enter the store somebody will great you nicely thinking that you are a potential buyer, once you will inform that need some kind of assistance or service than you will see the real behavior of associates. I had a feeling that there is no management and employees are doing or saying whatever they want. I needed to get a replacement screen protector for my IPhone, which had a lifetime guarantee. but they refused to do it without charge, which was the 35% of the purchase price. nonsense!!!! when you are buying they are swearing to give a lifetime guarantee and replacement any time without a charge. associates kept telling that policy has been changed, but when we asked to show that policy, they refused stating that its not written! And I am a very patient customer, just imagine how dissatisfied should my type of customer be in order to take my time and write a review. Just dont visit that branch!

I went there for a simple question. They said you have to talk to manager and she would be back in 40 minutes. I came back 40 minutes later and they said Oh! She is gone for the day! We are sorry! It seems the employees are just there to kill some hours and get their paycheck. Most of the employees are high school kids and they have not been trained well. POOR MANEGMENT! Worst customer service I have ever seen. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!

i had signal issues in my area and called several times to customer care and local store manager. But, nothing improved. I came in 4 days and returned the device. But store manager said they have a hidden policy of restocking fee of 35$ per device. I was forced to pay the amount. I will never come again to sprint and will never recommend anyone to this store

The customer service is absolutely spectacular, everyone is so helpful, cheerful, and knowledgeable!. All the reps especially The manager she is always making sure every customer is well taking care of. The reps Eugenio and Vivianna are the best 1-2 combo punch I have ever seen at a sprint store.

It seems like the staff is trying to help you, but most often it takes a really long time. They called support for us and installed an app, but we had to deal with support ourselves. And a few times we had to wait, until they are done with a previous customer.

Was lured in to the store with belief my bill could be lowered. Its been 6 months and sprints customer care cant fix what this place did to my bill. Dont ever go here. Theyre all idiots
