Saturday 8/27: I went to this Sprint store with an AT&T price comparison for two lines. Jojo (sales rep) reviewed the pricing I had and informed me the HTC 10 and iPhone 6s I wanted were in stock in the colors I asked. She gave me a quote for financing both phones and opening two lines (ported from AT&T). She also informed me I was eligible for a AAA discount and a Slate tablet at $5/month. In the middle of processing my set-up, it turned out they didnt have the HTC 10 in my color, the tablet would cost $10/month and she checked but never confirmed the AAA discount process. Monday 8/29: I contacted Sprint customer service via chat and explained my disappointment at the misinformation with: -the color of the HTC 10 -incorrect price quote on Slate tablet -AAA discount not processed The rep logged my complaint and said I might be contacted in 3-5 days. Friday 9/2: I received a call from Jon a manager and he asked me to explain the complaint I left with customer service. He stated that his sales rep will be up-trained and that he is looking into the possibility of obtaining a gray HTC 10 to replace the silver one I got. He advised that he will let me know, and if available I can process the exchange & the AAA discount paperwork at that time. Friday 9/9: I followed up with Jon via text and he said he is still looking for a gray HTC 10 and that he will update me in a week. Sunday 9/18: When calling different stores to see if they have the iPhone 7 in stock, I checked with this store and unfortunately Jojo answered. She was vague one when I can try back to confirm inventory. I asked for a manager to get a conclusive answer and she said none was available. When I asked for the manager’s name (assuming it may not be Jon) for when I call back - she refused to tell me. Horrible service!

If you can avoid this store I suggest you do so. Coming in the store they will greet you with open arms, but if you have a problem they act like they dont even know who you are. They will promise you a whole lot of things in the beginning,free gifts not telling you that there will be an activation on all these item they are not up front with everything and if you go back to the store saying things wasnt explain toyou correctly and I would like to return this ltems. You no problem in that theyll tell we will have to charge you a restocking fee and if the agent that set up the account for you basically is the only one that can help you out. So my and advise avoid this store completely.

absolutely horrible, I went there 3 times for the same problem and still not fixed, they would replace my phone even when it was 2 days old, I am happy to my cancellation just to leave them, I have been with them for more than 10 years when it was Nextel and I have 5 phones on the account. they are so bad, I wish they had negative stars

The people at sprint lie, I have dealt with several of the employees here and they all lie, and make unbelievable mistakes. One even pit two numbers on to one phone of ours, I have no idea how he did it and Ita a huge hassle. The will lie about a phones quality to your face so please do research before going.

SUBPAR SERVICE. LOW ATTENDANCE. LONG WAIT TIMES. 01/11/16 21min wait time 02/08/16 39min wait time 02/24/16 55min wait time! Dont bother going there on your lunch. Very understaffed. Any management is locked away in the back room. Id recommend calling ahead or just go to the Santa Clarita East location.

Super slow service. Beat around the bush on what their "deals" really offered. It was hard to get a straight answer from the staff. I hate walking out of a store where I feel like I had to work hard not to get taken advantage of.

The stores customer service was fantastic. While I did have to wait about 10-15 minutes, the service that I received at the store was amazing and worth the wait. I highly recommend going to this store to get help with anything.

This store was able to transfer an iPhone 5c from verizon to Sprint when the other Sprint stores said that it couldnt be done. The other stores lied and were more preoccupied with pushing the iPhone 6.

Extremely long wait times. Some reps are helpful but I cant say that for the majority of them. I felt rushed and found that the staff avoids engaging customers as if it is burdensome.
