Worst experience ever! Went in to get a new iPhone 7 plus with the iPad promotion for 49.00. The moron who helped gave me a price of my total bill, then after I signed the contracts he told me a total new price! I said "what the hell are you talking about"! You said one price and give me another price after I sign the contract! What a scam! I told him to cancel everything. He said he cancelled everything and that my plan was back to where I had it before. Still wanting the new phone and iPad, I went to another location where I found out that the moron from the other store had completely changed my whole plan around to make me pay hundreds of dollars of additional crap he added to my plan. This is total bs and fraudulent activity. I have been with att since it was air touch back in the early 90s.. this store is toxic dont go here! If you do, Watch out for this scam!.. they didnt apologize, they didnt try to earn my business they just said "Ill open the door for you on your way out". Lol.. its almost comical how they treat people here.

Thank you so much to Managers Cesar and Crystal for going to bat for my business acct and getting their Area Manager Megan to approve an escalation for my business account. We were so upset that the deal for $650 credits for iPhone 7 upgrades when you turn in your iPhone 6 had ended early when we were told we had until September 30. The Stevenson Ranch team went above and beyond to make things right and Sales Rep Kyle did an awesome job in the store making it very easy on us. Too bad we had to drive over an hour because the management team in T.O. and Simi wouldnt even ask their area manager (Peter) because he had already yelled at them for asking about other escalations. Dont know why they have an escalation process if the deciding person wont even listen to see if they are justified. He almost single-handedly lost a 20+ line business account that spends over $1k/mo, but luckily the Stevenson Ranch store saved the day! Thanks!

This store is the best! They answer all ?s and are always veruly helpful.I always go to this location. Friendly and great service. unlike other stores such as the one in valencia on bouquet canyon. They are the worst. Never answer phones and never help.
