The store it self has a lot of well know product, the store is clean fairly stocked. As we all know even good product cant sell itself. The sales staff is not very friendly with the exception of 1 person. Staff is not product knowledgeable. I will shop in this store when I know what I need but not when looking for something new. I can get most of these products anywhere, right now they dont have me coming back anytime soon. Business is low at the Simi Valley mall customer service needs to be #1 priority to have returning customers.

This store started off great, lately seems to be going downhill. Out of stock on a bunch of things, testers are almost always broken, displays are unorganized and some need a good wipe down. Just doesnt seem like anyone cares about this store. Seems like the employees have no pride in working there.

Went and had my hair done by Aldo at the salon! It turned out amazing! Went from brown to purple ombre to pink. Beautiful.
