Stay away! The staff here does not know what they are doing! Most specifically the evening "manager" Nicole is clueless and gives customers false information. The worst part was how rude Nicole was through the process. I was shocked to see how Babies R Us treats their customers. So, heres what happened. My wife and I registered for a stroller online for our baby registry that apparently became out of stock afterwards so we couldnt order it online anymore. No big deal, well call the local Babies R Us, which is the Simi store unfortunately, and track one down. Babies R Us is nationwide so Im sure they can do a store to store transfer. So I call the Simi store and with Olivers help we tracked the out of stock stroller to a store in Hawaii. Apparently, thats the only store on the whole West Coast that had new ones in stock. We called other CA stores and Arizona stores which had only opened floor models. We asked Nicole, who is apparently the acting evening hours manager at the Simi branch, for a store to store transfer form the Hawaii store. Unfortunately, Nicole is clueless on how to perform store to store transfers. She said it was not possible to transfer an item from Hawaii to California. No ifs and and buts, they cant do it. Hmm, that sounds strange. She said they can only do truck transfers and Hawaii is overseas. This still seemed a bit off to me so I then called the Hawaii store and talked to the store manager there, Melissa. She was totally on top of it and said it wouldnt be a problem to do a store to store transfer. They just needed a request from the CA store and a Fedex number. They have to FedEx it because there are no highways for trucks to use since Hawaii is an island, surprise! In fact, Melissa and the Hawaii store had done the exact same transfer a few other times for the same product to other CA stores that week. Apparently, we werent the only ones in CA looking for that stroller. So I called Nicole with this information and said the Hawaii stores transfer via FedEx. Even with that Nicole refused to help. She repeated the same line that they only do truck transfers. News flash - there are no highways for trucks between Hawaii and CA. She couldnt grasp the possibility of a FedEx transfer instead of a traditional truck transfer. She even said she called David, the Simi store manager, who confirmed the impossibility of a FedEx transfer, despite what the Hawaii store told me. Frustrated, I called the Calabasas store and within 2 mins the call to Hawaii was made and the stroller was posted to the Calabases CA store. Unbelievable. I cant believe Nicole, Oliver, David and the Simi store wasted a whole evening of my time when a simple problem could have been rectified in 5 min. The worst part was how rude Nicole was. If you dont know how to transfer, just say so instead of saying its "impossible." I called the next day (9/17/15) to talk to David the store manager but of course he had the day off. Thank you Calabasas Babies R Us!

The manager ("big brother") is a very polite person. The other employees seemed very pleasant. The store is well maintained and clean, despite its many years of operation. If you walk into the Best buy next door, you can definitely tell the difference in cleanliness.

Best Babies R Us ever. The staff are always very helpful and courteous. You dont even have to look for them they just offer help. This store is easy too navigate and always impeccably clean. Definitely worth the Trek out to Simi Valley

Big store with plenty on the shelves and its rarely busy. The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped us get our baby registry set. Would definitely recommend it.

They never have the checkouts open & instead force customers to use their unwieldy Customer Returns desk, difficult with many people & a baby.
