They never have what I am looking for, they never stock enough of the basic items (milk, eggs, bread), especially on holidays and their customer service is terrible. The management simply doesnt care about their customers and they treated me terribly when I complained about out of stock merchandise. The female manager literally shrugged and walked away from me. If this wasnt the only store in Castaic, I would go elsewhere. Out of eggs on a sunday...ridiculous!

Terrible service. Getting someone on the phone took forever, they finally answered by the time we reached the store. We tried to order a sandwich from the deli, there were five people, only one was working. Then when it was our turn, she gave us an attitude and directed us to the premade sandwiches instead of getting a fresh one. The only reason we gave it an extra star is the day before the guy really took care of us.

Im visiting from out of state and went to Ralphs to send a Western Union at around 9am. I was told no one could do it until 11am. A large chain store and no one can send a Western Union????

Very helpful staff. I dont shop here very often because I have store closer I use most of the time. By can say, every single time I have gone, staff has always been very nice and helpful.

This place isnt too shabby. Its got most of the stuff I need. The only problem I have is, it is the only grocery store in the immediate area so most items are marked up.

This Ralphs is open a little later than some. That combined with the well-stocked clearance rack and the self-checkout line makes this my favorite food market.
