Dear Sir, I thought you would like to know how your employees treat customers that have EBT. First of all let me say that I am a 65 year old woman with severe disabilities, I worked my entire life and paid more then enough taxes. Today 7-18-17 @ 01:19pm on register 6 while in you Tapo store in Simi Valley the gal Briana that was checking me out was making the bags extremely heavy, I asked her kindly to please make the bags a little lighter since I have nerve damage in both hands and it is hard for me to lift things, she rudely ignored me at first the without saying a word she continued to fill the bags a bit lighter but still heavy, I smiled and said they are still heavy but better and went to leave when I heard her say to the next customer, "EBT get one bag only" I have never been so upset and embarrassed in my life, I didnt choose to be disabled, Please talk to your employees about EBT and let them know that they are not giving anything away, the store is reimbursed for what is spent! I will not be returning to the Tapo location again, its floors are filthy anyway! A very dissatisfied customer

I just want to say that this is the most amazing store EVER !!! I find that the checkers are always pleasant and extremely patient. Often times there is a line and they are always kind at the register. I am particularly proud of Briana, who has always been kind and pleasant when I shop. She goes out of her way to make my experience a good one, as do all the employees. She, however, went the EXTRA MILE when I asked about something in the store. She was pleasant, kind, and shared a genuine interest in my service.

The managers arent even qualified to work their. Esther one of the managers has really poor communication skills. Barely could understand him. Not really a hard worker. The store is a mess and the managers dont qualify

Usually unkept and often crowded, this 99 Cents store lives up to the stereotypical image of budget markets. Some notable deals can be found, albeit not consistently, making a short visit easily justifiable.
