The WORST customer service! My dryer went out and I found this location online. My first trip was fine until I got home and installed the part only to find out it did not fix the problem. On my second trip I brought in the starter switch to my dryer. After testing it (it was good) I was told "Its good. It can be a number of things" and the employee shrugged his shoulders and walked away. Trip three with the fuse and he shrugged and walked away AGAIN. My fault for giving them a third chance. Interesting how nice and patient he was to the man in line in front on me. Order your parts online. Skip these "experts" and save yourself some gas and headaches.

Amazing customer service !!! These guys at the best and the most helpful people. My ac inside blower fan went out and James helped me get back going. From finding the right part to helping me diagnose my issue. James and crew went way beyond the call of duty. I have gone here before and it is the only place I trust for my appliance diy needs. As a home owner I have literally saved thousands of dollars with a little elbow grease and great support from these gentlemen. Highly recommend. Thank you Thank You , My AC is backing running and I am enjoying the cold air.

I have used APW for almost two decades to fix appliances, etc at my house or a rental home, and these guys are the best! They are always patient and courteous with me. James and the other staff are great at providing information and expertise. They never disappoint. If they dont have it, they will order it. I am very pleased with them.
