Fast / Honest / Reliable - that is what it says on their card... but I found NONE of that to be the truth. Two days before I was leaving on vacation I was standing in the kitchen when water started to come out from under the dishwasher. My kids and I shut off the water and quickly cleaned up the water. I called AAR the next day to set up an appointment, telling them I would be gone for ten days, so the appointment would have to be when I came back. During that time, I had two dog sitters coming and going from my house (this info is key). When I returned, Alec came to my home to repair the dishwasher. I already knew that the problem was a loose hose that connected the drain pan to another part. I could see it with a flashlight. Alec pulled out the dishwasher, and confirmed that was the problem, and it just needed to be reconnected with a new clamp. He forgot to disconnect the water line when he pulled out the dishwasher, so he yanked the hose and bent the coupling that connects it to my water line under the sink. I said to Alec, "make sure you have thoroughly checked for leaks before you leave. He leaves, handing me a bill for $120.00 to reconnect a hose AND to replace the water line that HE destroyed. Not wanting to have a fight with a stranger in my kitchen I just let it go. The next day the dishwasher was run. A huge flood occurred, but this time I did not catch it as quickly. The wood floors I had just had redone months before started buckling all of the way across the kitchen. Alec came back and told me that he had actually tore a hole in the rubber hose that had come loose, and when he re-clamped it, he placed the clamp over the tear, hoping it would hold. WELL IT DIDNT... THEN he stands in my kitchen and tells me that he will order a replacement part at no charge to me. He places the order over the phone and tells me it would be in in four days. Two weeks went by and I called twice. Finally the owner calls me and tells me that he cant get just the rubber connecting hose. He said he had to purchased the entire pump it connected to, and that I would have top pay for it. What? I have to pay for ANOTHER part that his repair guy destroyed? $215.00 more. NO THANKS. Then when I said that my floors were going to have to be sanded down and fixed, he denied that his guy had anything to do with the buckling. Guess what? I had those two dog sitters staying in my house who will vouch for the fact that the floors were perfect. In fact, one of the places the floor is buckled the worst is right by the dog bowls. So I tell Vlad to refund my money. I went and got a tire patch kit and some rubber adhesive and purchased some narrow clamps on line. After a month .... the dishwasher was fixed ... and I am stuck with ruined floors. So as I said... Fast NO.... Honest NO... Reliable... NO ...

This was the second time I used Absolute Appliance. The first time was several years ago to repair the washing machine. Today they installed an over-the-range microwave oven. The technician was very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He had all the right tools and did a thorough job of cleaning up when he was done. The installation cost also was less than what HHGregg quoted when I bought the microwave. Great job, Vladimir! The above review was a year ago. In the past two weeks, Vladimir returned to repair the ice maker on my refrigerator. The repair was extremely complicated. In the process, Vladimir discovered that the original manufacturing team (LG) had actually duct-taped the ice funnel in place. This part had to be ordered and installed. When Vladimir returned to install it he discovered that the plastic snaps to hold the funnel in place were too wide. Vladimir had the right tool to make the necessary modifications to the plastic snaps to make it fit correctly in place. No duct tape required. Once again, Thank you Vladimir!

If I could give them more stars, I would!! Absolutely the best appliance service out there! Vlad was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. The service was fast and he corrected my refrigerator problem for less than half of what i expected. I called a couple of other companies who werent as responsive and cost almost double! My refrigerator works great now. Since then, I have referred him to several friends who love Vlad and were extremely happy with the service. Now when I have any issues with my appliances, Vlad is the only one I trust with my appliance problems. They are honest, affordable and reliable!!! PS, the office staff is really great too! They are always so friendly, responsive and make sure I get an appointment fast!

This is the second time Ive called Absolute Appliance Repair. The first time the technician fixed my dishwasher at my old apartment and he knocked it out of the park. Fast, friendly and a good price. So when my moms fridge stopped cooling properly, I knew who to call. First off, he removed an ice buildup in the back of the fridge that was blocking the cubes from coming out. She had pretty much given up on the ice machine and started using cube trays a long time ago, so that was awesome. Secondly he got the fridge cooling properly. I shook the mans hand and probably scared him I was so pleased. My mom is so happy to have ice again! Highly recommended. Will call again.

My tenant complained that refrigerator was not cooling. Scheduled the service online. Got a call for confirmation of the appointment time. Technician arrived on time, called with the issue and quote within 12 mins of arriving. Had the parts ready in the truck. We agreed on the price, paid via credit over the phone and got a call after an hour and a half later that the issue has been fixed. Tech emailed me the credit card charge slip and the receipt. Completely seamless, job done on time and I was able to manage all sitting 800 miles away at my customer site!!! Thanks to AAR and Mr. Vladimir.

Great experience!!! I called the Absolute Repair at 7:50pm, to schedule an appointment for the dryer not heating up. The customer service was great and scheduled the technician for the following day. The technician showed up in the time frame provided by the customer service. The technician was very honest up front after looking the dryer told me the issue and the cost to fix. I am amazed by the professionalism and expertise of the technician. I am really glad that I called Absolute Repair and the dryer was fixed in no time. I would highly recommend them for any repairs.

Overpriced service. Ordered a service call for dish washer not cleaning properly on the top rack on 12/13/16. The technician showed up on time, with in the range or the appointment. The problem was caused by cloged up pump. Job was performed in 25 - 30 mnt. For the service of cleaning the dish washer pump he charged $127, no parts were replaced. You do the math about $250 per hour. The service cost is not worth it. Might as well buy a new one with warranty. Go somewhere else. Unless you perefer to pay premium for the same service provided by others.
