Pitch is all talk and no show. The customer service is absolutely repugnant and the corporate number is completely useless as they just forward you back to the showroom that youre dealing with which in this case has offered horrible service. Pirch does a great job creating beautiful facilities but there staff are extremely under trained lacking basic customer service skills. After ordering over 10k worth of product to send to Bermuda for one of my many projects I have not been able to find help in locating missing product. Ive had 5 people effortlessly attempt to assist me with this matter only to end in the same circumstance. No one will return my calls or emails and as I mentioned I am unable to contact their corporate offices. I am very displeased and will NEVER order with them again and will do my diligence to be sure everyone in the design community in Atlanta knows not to order from them as well. No one has attempted to resolve this matter. As of today it is still unresolved and it has been over 3 months. I called the Atlanta location in search of the corporate number and the front attendant Tasha left me on hold for 10 minutes only to come and state that her computer had froze and asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. I kindly stated that I would prefer the corporate number and she placed me back on hold for an additional 5 minutes. It is clear that Pirch Atlanta aims to get by on their complimentary drinks and beautiful facility because they simply lack in many areas that are detrimental in running a business. I strongly advise shoppers not to order from this company.

Update: The store manager Anthony Montoya has reached out, and has agreed to cover the marble repair and raise the stove hood. We are in the process now, and I do appreciate Mr. Montoya taking lead in the resolution of this matter. As others have described, this store gives you customer NO service. Once they have your money, its impossible to get a hold of somebody. We had a hood installed, and the service people had directions to install 30" off the top of the stove. Because of an outlet in back, which their service person could have just removed and hardwired into, they took the hood down 3 inches. It is now too short for us to use. Even their service manager came out and said it was hung too low, and they must have moved off the discussed 30" off the cook top due to the outlet. The service crew made the decision to lower it, and drill holes into expensive marble without a conversation with my husband.

I went on a tour of Pirch awhile ago and loved their mission around customer service and experience. I was super excited to bring my husband back today and we were very ready to purchase a shower head at the very least. We came from the gym and maybe didnt look like we were worth talking to, but we walked past two people before anyone acknowledged us. When someone did, the lady was pretty condescending, not very helpful, and told us to go to Home Depot even though Pirch certainly has what we were looking for. She didnt even try. We did not spend any money here and will not be going back. I was very disappointed in the experience and it was exactly opposite of what they say they value.

We renovated our kitchen and four bathrooms using Pirch over the last 6 months based upon our designers recommendation. Unfortunately, we received a faulty product and thats where things fell apart. Phone calls unreturned, weeks delay, substandard replacement parts...the list goes on. We would not recommend Pirch to anyone and hope all those that read this will encourage your designers to use another company. Anyone can sell expensive fixtures and appliances...its quality customer service that sets companies like this apart. Unfortunately, this Company has failed completely in that regard. Go elsewhere!

Look here buy somewhere else. Hideous customer service. Bought an expensive dishwasher, cooktop and microwave. Paid a lot of money for the install. The dishwasher was installed tilted back so there was a 2 inch difference at the top vs the bottom. When the cabinet guys tried to install the dishwasher panel couldnt put it on. I called the store to get the installer back out and fix it and they said they would send him back out for another $200. What??? they install it wrong and I have to pay another $200 to get them back out to fix their mistake. Go somewhere else.

Do not give money to this company for appliances. We let them charge $7000 worth of Samsung appliances on our credit card in August. When our kitchen remodel finished in October, we set a delivery date. They avoided confirming that the delivery would be made until I harassed them to the point they admitted they could not deliver the products we had paid them for. Something shady going on there. And I had to argue and email with multiple people to finally get a refund credited back to my charge card. I should have stuck with Best Buy to begin with.

Professional all of the way Had to replace our old Fisher&Paykel dual wall oven. Called three appliance stores. Pirch was the only one who called me back. They ordered the oven and installed it in less than a week. The project manager kept in contact with us the whole time. The installers were friendly and professional, down to the clean room booties they wore while in the house. Definitely put them on your short list.

The store doesnt carry inventory. Be very careful when buying. I have now been waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive and Im still missing parts. 4 bathrooms stalled because we dont have all the parts. I was promised specific dates and none of them have been fulfilled. Furthermore every time I call there is always something new misteriously missing from the shipment. Really bad experience overall.

In my opinion, this store is your worst nightmare. STAY AWAY. I bought a panel ready Jenn Aire refrigerator with a freezer now ices over. It is new and was very expensive. They have been to our house three times. We still have the problem and they have refused to replace it. You will do better with Sewell Brothers or some other reputable store. I would not go near these folks.

The only difference between Pirch, Home Depot and Lowes is that Home Depot and lowes have better service and fulfill orders on time. Pirch does not return money or swap products according to a disclosure that you receive after you pay. Dont be fooled by the nice showroom. There are many other options in Atlanta Metro Area.

Friendly, no presssure sales that is content to let you browse without hovering. Free coffee and free cooking classes on the weekend come with no strings attached. They genuinely want you to enjoy yourself so that when you do want to buy something, you might actually remember your experience and come back. Novel concept!
