This is a Home Depot. No matter where you go, Home Depots usually stay about the same. So, for that matter, its a great place to go when you need stuff that you would go to Home Depot for. So now youre thinking, "hey, Jason H? Why only three stars?" Well, also like almost every other Home Depot on the planet, youll find that you have the worst time trying to find somebody to assist you. You will see them, periodically, in their orange smocks. But typically you see them from a distance. Youre standing next to the weed and insect killers and theyre standing next to the bin of sheet rock remnants. Usually in clusters. Clusters of two to four. All talking to each other. Oblivious to any customers around them. And, you find that theyre so far away that you feel that by the time you got down there to get their attention, they would have already moved on. Likely, to go take their 15 minute break in back. So, you search the aisles around you. And after 10 minutes of searching you find that there is no one there. By that time, you decide just to go back to the original cluster of four only to find they are now gone. You get down to the other end of the store and you look around for the original four, and theyre nowhere to be found. Then as you turn around you see a completely different cluster of three. Standing, sadly, next to the weed and insect killers. Wood I go back? (See how I did that?) Yes, I would go back. Its Home Depot. You always go there twice whenever you need something.

So far, pretty awful. Trying to get a water heater replaced, but theyre making me work way too hard for it. Went to store Sunday and helpful service desk guy entered the request into their system, saying theyd call Monday to set up the order. No call. I called the installer # they gave me: installer never received the request. I called the store, got placed on hold for 15 minutes before I could even talk to someone, then disconnected. Called back and zeroed out to operator who transferred me. Another 10 minute wait then dumped into voice mail. The greeting on the voice mail said "Work is not available... please leave a message. I told them they have 30 minutes to respond or I go to a competitor.

Like to give the young lady a Big Thanx on helping my gf and I with our Little Red Room of Pain and pleasure. We was telling her what we was looking for and she pointed us to the right direction. Its good to have Great workers in stores like this. Weve been to a lot of different stores to get help like this and they was no help. West Chester youre the number 1 store to go too. We drove from Hebron Ky just to get the right items for our Play room. Plus she gave us a hint to save money and to make it sound proof. Thank you very much West Chester Home Depot!!!

Trying to find a product exclusive to Home Depot and thought I would have more options going into the store for assistance. Athough the person who helped me was very nice, the end result was the same, Im left searching other stores on my own, which is a problem because the inventory numbers in the system are wrong. Never had it so difficult to spend money!

Employee ignored me when I tried to ask her a question. Spoke to a manager about the incident, and he was very nice about it. Satisfied with management, but not with that particular employee. Still a great store with mostly friendly staff, but beware this kind of treatment from some working there.

I recently purchased a house near this Home Depot and the service has been amazing. With zero home maintenance knowledge, Ive replaced light fixtures, fixed malfunctioning pipes, and installed USB wall outlets with the help of the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I look forward to every visit!

Probably the worst leadership management ever at this particular home depot. Do they train the workers and supervisors on product knowledgement and systems? Such a huge store filled with good products, managed by people that are seriously hurting on leadership...

I have worked with the kitchen design staff and have had great service every time! The cabinets they offered came with dove tailed drawer fronts, full extension and under mount guides! The drawers and doors all had soft closing hardware! Great Value!
