I purchased a washer a month before a I purchased a dryer. The washer was off balance so when they came to deliver the dryer I told him about the washer being off balance. He check the washer and stated my kitchen floor wasnt strong enough to hold the washer. He said he would come back and put a piece of wood down to support the washer and then it would balance out...he never came back. So here we are maybe two weeks later and the washer starts smoking I thought it was on fire because it filled my house. I had to send my son outside​ at night just to breathe. I finally got him to come back to the house to check the washer he tells me I need a belt then 3 seconds later I need a motor. And trying to charge me all at the same time stating normally we charge 150 but give me 90 cash only. I told no you bring me another washer. This guy has been a no show no call for two weeks. I pulled up on him Saturday and he stated he was gonna bring the washer today came home early still no call no show. Finally got in contact with the father he tells me I cant get another washer but he can fix the one I have. Never did business with the father he dont know me know he trying to call shots because I asked for my money back. I try to support black business owners but I know for a fact they dont treat their white customers the same. I will not support this business again and will be taking them to court.

I brought a dryer and when it was delivered it wouldnt get hot. I called them back and they were suppose to send out a tech to fix it. Needless to say the tech never showed up and when I called they argued with me telling me the tech did show up and fixed the problem. Eventually my niece fixed the dryer and everyone I go by there its rarely open.
