I would only reccomend PetSmart for those looking for a one time grooming. I strongly reccomend finding a private groomer for your pet as PetSmart often has different groomers working. My dog had gone there multiple times in the past with a record of slight nipping when dealing with any mats my dog had. Today that changed however. I was called in after leaving the dog for two hours, the groomer telling me to come pick him up as he was lunging at her whenever she was near the cage and was aggressive. Upon arriving, when I went in the back to pick up my dog, he had his back arched and in the back corner of the kennel. The groomer opened the kennel and I called him to come out and he did with his head down, as if frightened of the woman. He happily pranced out of the area and to the front where I put his harness back on and took him home. I have never had this problem in the past and my dog has received overall positive reviews from the groomers working there. As the groomers are not permanent, I would suggest you be wary next time you hand your dog over to an employee. My dog was nervous the whole ride home and was relieved to be back. Overall, positive experience however this incident left me with a bad vibe and I could not reccomend it with a clear conscious. Please find a private groomer who is consistent and knows your animal.

Always brought my service here - store, grooming and Banfield. Store messed up a return - refunded me $27.99 rather than $39.99. Called the store when I got home and checked the eReciept - realized the mistake. Called them - refuse to do anything unless I go in (although all they said they needed was to see was the receipts - so they can email ME my receipt, but I cant email it back to them). Store managers (both day manager, and store manager, could not care less about this issue. I said "so your perfectly fine with making a mistake, not putting any effort into correcting it, and letting the customer pay, literally, for your mistake?" and the store manager - Samantha - said "Yup."). I live an hour away - it would cost me more in gas for the two hour drive than the return is. So theyre fine with making a mistake, stealing money, and making zero effort (ex. contacting that stores owner, contacting corporate) - to correct THEIR mistake. (This is in no way a reflection of Banfield and their amazing doctors, or Grooming - as Ive had positive experiences in both locations. But poor store management and treatment of loyal customers that use all their services is enough to make me rethink this).

I made the mistake of thinking this place had improved. Bettas, among the other critters, in poor condition, as per usual with most corporate pet stores. Bought several corydoras from them, all have died except one. Tried to get a refund and the sales associate literally laughed at me for wanting to be refunded for at least one of them(because the rest died after this experience). I got my refund for the one fish and havent returned since. I had spent over $30 on fish and maybe got...$6 back for $30 worth of dead fish. Petco isnt all that amazing, but at least the fish dont come ill and die within the first 2 weeks. Every fish or frog Ive bought from Petco has lasted several months AT LEAST. Shortest lifespan was 4 months. Also, all ADFs Ive seen at Petsmart are horrendously obese. Stop feeding them so much. Thanks.

I stopped in at PetSmart just to look at the Invisible Fences for my dogs. Apparently I have no self-control because I left with a lot more than that. They have just about everything you can think of that you might need or dont even know need for your dog. They are very expensive though. I was told to sign up for the app so that I can get coupons and what I was purchasing. But two hours later after paying for my items it was clear that the app does not give you instant coupons its a long-term thing.

Great selection of pet food, treats, accessories, and grooming products. They are reasonably priced and have a veterinarian service inside as well as a pet grooming service. They have a great selection of fish and small animals as well as anything you would need to care for them. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they also have a SPCA rep in the building. If you need it for your pet you could probably find it there really a one-stop-shop when it comes to the health and care of your animal.

I went to the groomers and I am so sadly disappointed. Not only did they do a half ass job in grooming they did a hack job and half on her nails. I told them not to put her in kennel before they took her in to be groomed and to come to find out they put her in one. She panics and will whines loudly . I will never spend 40 dollars on a grooming here again. Save your money and go else where

The cashier guy is rude and the manager on duty isnt helpful either. I also think the lighting outside could be a little better. I really think if your going to work in custom service then you need to suck it up no matter what kind of mood your in and smile and be nice to every person. Its your job its not my problem your having a bad night or you hate your job.

They did an excellent job with my my pup today and they were very polite too. I dont know the name of the girl who runs the front inside the grooming salon but she is really nice and helpful.Hopefully she is getting recognized for her hard work!

You dont have to go online to secure the best deals. This PetSmart met a competitors online price. The process was simple and saved me $100. The staff is helpful and friendly.

This place has all of our pet supplies! Its a one place shop for our guinea pigs, dwarf hampsters, and our dog:) Very convenient, with plenty of parking
