Employees are always very busy avoiding people who look like they need help, I have been going to this store for many, many years and up untill the last two years have been mostly happy, but the recent quality of staff is far from acceptable, I have even had to phone the store from inside the store TWICE (after waiting 40 minutes from the first call) to ask for assistance, and still took over 45 minutes for a associate to stumble by, and thought our waiting well over an hour and a half very humorous to him, very poor service, I suggest not waisting your time here, there are far to many other pet stores with staff that are willing to help. This store is a complete joke, go ANYWHERE else and let this joke of a staff ignore themselves out of jobs.

I love our local petco here in Manchester NH! Everyone is so friendly and always willing too help! Kate I the grooming dept is my ALL time favorite and she does a FANTASTIC job with my 6 month old poodle puppy who loves tho visit with her! Also the store manager likes to communicate and get to know her customers which is AWESOME! For a corporate store you wouldnt expect the personal touch you get but when I walk in the store I feel like Im at a gigantic mom and pop store even though outta a huge store! Love this store and the people!

Brought my 7 month old puppy to alexia miller for private lessons to treat leish reactivity towards people. She did a fantastic job explaing, demonstrating, and step by step instructions on treatment plan Also diagnosed at UTI issue based on what i was explaining (house breaking issues) and suggested contacting vet. Alexia was spot on with her evaluation and treatment program was started Alexia has made puppy training fun for myself and look forward to many more classes

Went in to look at chameleons and they were kept in a glass enclosure with a big moldy poop sitting right at the bottom. As a reptile hobbyist I know that it takes a day or two for that much to mold to happen and that chameleons are especially susceptible to diseases, even more so in any enclosure but screen and even MORE so when theres moldy poop in the cage. The reptiles were not well cared for. I was sorely disappointed by what I saw.

Clean store considering animals are welcome. They could use more people on the registers when it is needed in a more timely manner, also joining their rewards program is next to useless. Three times in a row I recieved coupons for dog food that expires 3 weeks before I need to buy again. You would think they knew how often I purchased food and would give me a coupon that fit that time frame.

Always a good experience. Grooming salon efficient and friendly, trainers are great and employees always willing to help. I saw a post that the employees seem to avoid people looking for help. I would say he probably has a personal issue with someone and trying to ruin the stores reputation. simply isnt true.

I love Petco and they love my animals. Ive done multiple training classes here with my dogs. Also, the prices are comparable to other places and even better if you have their coupons (which I do fairly often.) They also cary a wide selection of pet products in the store and even more online.

Have been attending the dog classes there now for a couple of weeks. We have a 6 month old chocolate lab. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. Would give them 5 stars but the condition of the store on the outside is shabby and the store feels "old" on the inside.

We went here 3 times to get a specific brand of cat food that was empty on the shelf. Each time they told us it was on the next shipment, and to come back on a specific day. That brand did not come either time. We gave up and bought a different brand.

The workers here today were really polite to my grandparents and I really appreciate that! Also big shout out to the cashier because she was vary beautiful and a big help today! Not sure her name but if I did I would like to thank her personally!

Love this store!! Excellent selection of dog (and cat, I suppose..) supplies, food, treats & toys. They have grooming services, too, although I have not used them yet. They do not sell fish, which is fine with me -- Im there for my dog!
