I usually use the walk in feature for simple dog nail clippings. But I went in tonight at a little before 6:00PM. It is posted on the website theyre open until 8:00PM. I brought my dog and asked for a nail clipping, and I was told "I wont have time. I have been paid a specific amount to only look after this one dog." Its sad I was turned away, because I was willing to wait to be served. Last time I asked over the phone about an appointment they said to come right in, so you can understand my confusion, and frustration.

We love their grooming salon!! Our dog Cooper was used as a bait dog before we adopted from Bedford animal rescue league and knew little of his past. Petco was awesome! Cooper has high anxiety of closed spaces and they let him chill out in the grooming area after all the other dogs were kenneled. Cooper is such a mild and mellow dog but small spaces even in a 10×10×6 makes him sound like hes being tortured. Thank you again ladies you have customers for life!!!

I went to the Petco with a ton of questions about my aquarium. I had the fortune of talking with Jill. Holy toledo - she is amazing. She took all the time in the world to answer all my questions. She was extremely knowledgable, friendly and just all around amazing. I cant say enough good things about Jill. I love Petco - but truthfully didnt expect this level of professionalism and expertise there. What an amazing surprise.

I work in the grooming salon at concord nh petco. Its the best job ive ever had. The staff arnt just people i work with, they are my friends. Friendlist store of people ive ever met and everyone is very professional. We love our pups that come in and most deffiently thier owners. I have the best clients! We take care of them and they take care of us. We treat our clients pups like they are ours! ❤

I have been to this store several times and have always been greeted by friendly staff willing to help. I recently took my dog to get a new collar, although I was unable to find a harness type that fit my needs the staff was patient and extremely helpful putting on the collar so my dog could try the collar in the store. Keep up the good work!

Went to buy fish with my kids. We counted 8 dead fish. Several of the dead fish were being eaten by the live fish. Im not shy about dead fish in a store, the volume of transfers is a big factor, however..... 8 dead fish in various stages of decomp tels me nobody has cleaned in several days. Lost a sale and ALL future sales. Thats business.

Most the fish I have bought here lived. They have a 30 day replacement policy if a fish does within 30 they will replace it if you bring the dead fish, receipt, and water sample.
