Took my dog to get her shoots had to redo the rabies shot because her record from NY wasnt in their system, then got a package for her shot and was told to come back in a few weeks for a booster. When I took her for the booster waited in line for over an hour only to find out the booster was not part of the package which the employee should have told me before I got the package. Now I just take my dog to her regular vet much faster and better service

Was ignored by the staff and generally felt invisible to them, they did not ask if I needed any help finding anything, not even a hello. In fact one staff member walked right by! This is unacceptable behavior on their part, I was given nervous glances from the ppl who worked there as if I was going to steal something. It was absurdly rude. Would not recommend. Ever.

I usually come here regularly to get my dogs shots updated today the doctor told me my dog had a stage 3 heart murmur and she was going to die took her to a heart specialist everything is fine these people are retarded never coming back here again just the way he said it was very ignorant and you could tell he didnt care just trying to ruin someones day

Always hot in there and always smells nasty. Grooming staff is rude. Plus, I paid $45 for my dog to be groomed and she looked like she was towel dried and disheveled. She didnt look polished or like she had gone to a professional groomer at all. I was horribly disappointed. At least she smelled good.

Its PETCo. Overall nothing phenomenal nor bad about it. It carries most of what I need for my pets. HOWEVER, Ive been coming here for maybe 2 years now and somehow every other time and come here to buy food for my snake theyre drastically under stocked on food sizes of frozen mice. Very frustrating.

The guy checking some lady out told her tap water is fine for betta fish, and that they could live very comfortably in the container they are sold in. Obviously didnt know anything about the health and well being of fish. Someone like that should absolutely not work at a pet store.

Good selection of products, but nothing you wouldnt expect. We bring both of our dogs to Tanya for grooming and she has always done a great job, they love getting out of the car here because they know she will be there.
