Recently, I had an unfortunate experience when I visited Lexus of Chester Springs to test drive with intentions of purchasing a Lexus 450h. After writing my review detailing my experiencing I was contacted by Andrew Greim, General Sales Manager. Andrew sincerely apologized for the mishap on behalf of the dealership and gave an explanation of what occurred. Andrew offered to correct the situation and make things right to meet my original expectations to my satisfaction. Not only did he meet my expectations, but he exceeded them. He had the car repaired (at the dealerships expense), detailed, and delivered to me at over 140 miles one way. He sent two drivers (one for the return trip in the event I purchased the car), one of which was a technical expert on the operations of the car and its features. Both drivers, Jeremy and Keith, were pleasant and professional and easy to deal with. They took the time to go on an extensive test ride and patiently explained every feature the car has to offer including personally setting up our communications and Bluetooth devices. The spent over two hours with us to complete the transaction and ensure we were completely satisfied even though they were facing a 2 1/2 hour return trip. The 2013Lexus 450h I purchased looked and road like it came off the showroom floor. Without Andrews intervention and professional salesmanship, I would still be searching for the right vehicle. Hats off to Lexus of Chester Springs for getting a second chance and doing the right thing. Thank you.

This is my second purchase from this dealer, and again, it was painless and flawless in execution. Neither transaction consumed more than two hours of my time total! In both instances, I called to inquire about a specific vehicle. The first time, they had one available. The second time, just a week ago, I spoke with Mary Ann to let her know what I was looking for in terms of model, color, and options but I was in no particular hurry. Two days later, she called and said they had a car that met my criteria, but they needed a day to prepare it for me to view (it had been a demo or part of their lending fleet). On Tuesday, she called to see if I would be able to come out on Wednesday to see it. I actually drove out to see it that night and did a test drive. It was everything i wanted and more. After some very short negotiating, Tom and his staff were able to put together a deal that was exactly what I wanted. I do not think I will go anywhere else as long as Mary Ann is there. She did a wonderful job promoting the Lexus product, making sure my needs were met and putting together a deal I could not resist. BTW, I brought my new car home on Wednesday! Many thanks to all, including Steve who passed my name to Mary Ann, in making this a dream come true!

We recently purchased a "Certified PreOwned" Lexus from Lexus of Chester Springs. We had shopped around, looking at Audis, BMWs, Lincolns and others for months. My husband had very specific requirements and no car had fit his "list", except for the Lexus. The day we purchased was our second trip to this dealership, and both times were assisted by Vince. He greatly impressed us with his knowledge of his products, and we asked about every question imaginable. Equally impressive was his sales technique. At each visit he never put on a hard sell. No pressure, unlike sales personnel at other dealerships we had visited. Dealing with Vince the first time brought us back to him for the sale. His service before, during, and after the sale has been exemplary. We were also impressed with Tom, the finance manager. We couldnt be happier with our experience and the quality of our vehicle. In all, this was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences weve had in the 30+ years weve been buying vehicles!

Awesome Dealership: We have leased 2 cars from Lexus of Chester Springs and each purchase has been an outstanding experience. Lexus of Chester Springs goes out of their way to treat you as if you are a member of their family. From the first time we stepped into the dealership until the moment we walked out with our new HS250h our comfort was foremost on everyone’s mind. After we purchased our car the Salesperson called us a few days later to see how we were doing and answered all of our questions completely. Their Service Department on our first visit continued the experience we received from the Sales Department. When we walked in we were greeted promptly, taken to the cafe for some coffee and relaxed in their lounge until our vehicle was finished, which was returned to us washed and ready to go. My wife and I would highly recommend Lexus of Chester Springs to anyone interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle.

I just bought a Lexus from Chester Springs and I could not have been happier with the whole process. After talking for some time online with a salesmen I finally made it in. My decision to go here over any other dealership was made when they did not plague me with phone calls or emails trying to get me to come in. They actually told me that they did not want to lie and gimmick me to get me in the door. And they left it at that for over two weeks while I figured out what to do with my other car. When I finally came in the dealership had no power, trees were down everywhere, and the employees of the dealership were sent home. My salesmen, Tom stayed to ensure I received delivery of the car. Overall I could not be more satisfied with the whole buying experience. I have not yet been in to the service department but I expect them to meet the same standards that have already been set.

This has been by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We had the great privilege to work with Josh, who takes the art of selling to a new level. He is professional, knowledgable and very amiable. No high pressure sales pitch...just a wealth of knowledge regarding the inventory, and an appreciation of customer circumstances. In the end, we purchased a used RX350, plus an unexpected bonus of a sweet CT200hybrid for a great price! This dealership gives fabulous pricing from the start, so there isnt much incentive to haggle. In addition, when purchasing L-certified vehicles, the cars are in splendid condition, and there is the amazing bonus of free carwashes for the life of the car! What a brilliant Perk! I would highly recommend this dealership and their superb staff(especially Josh), to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle, Lexus or not! Bravo!

We purchased our car in late March this year. Marianne, our sales person was exceptional in helping us explore various vehicles, accessories, and financing of the vehicle. After a few previous disappointing encounters at other brand dealerships, we decided to visit Lexus of Chester Springs. We took our time "inspecting" on-site vehicles and its features. Marianne was very knowledgeable about every car that held our interest and she helped us nail down the best deal for our taste and budget. The Lexus Team of professionals were all available to assist us.
