BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!!! My initial interaction was over the phone, to which there was a miscommunication & I was upset. Out of the blue, my phone rings and its Tony from the store. Tony is calling to apologize for the miscommunication that had occurred earlier in the day. I was shocked! Businesses dont do this type of thing anymore...calling to apologize to a customer! Wow! Tony asked what he could do to make the situation right for me, even going as far as having my item I was looking for, shipped down from one of the other locations so I didnt have to go out of my way. AMAZING! I picked up my item with ease & was able to meet and personally thank the man that turned my day around, and my vision of his establishment! These guys provide top notch, high quality, excellent customer service...I should know, Im a Sales Trainer! My business will now and forever be with Tony and his Team!

Tony, Ann, Faye and the whole staff treat you like family. I have been shopping with them since 1996. They have cared for all of my jewelry needs for all of my important life milestones. The births of my children, engagement, wedding, birthday, valentines, sweetest day, mothers day, just because gifts you name it. The quality of their diamonds and overall jewelry are impeccable. I recommend MJ Diamonds if you are looking for a fun, family, exceptional service and one of a kind jewelry for any reason or season. I moved away 10 years ago and I still only shop with them. I had my watch fixed at this place for $25 when the clasp broke apart. At first I thought they did a nice job until the pin that held the new clasp on started coming out because the clasp was wider than the band. Finally the pin popped out one day and I couldnt find it. I took at back there and they wanted another $10 just to put in a new pin because I didnt have the receipt. These days, customer service is more important than being greedy. I took my watch to meijer and the nice lady put a new pin in for free.

Customer service was atrocious! Went in to buy a few charms for my girlfriends pandora bracelet, and I was treated awful. The associate helping me had a terrible attitude toward every question I proposed. She was snappy and very vague with her answers to my questions. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
