Came in there with my mom and my sister, right when we walked in we asked the lady to help us. I kid you not, the lady right away started to give us ATTITUDE!! Anywho, we started looking for two gold chains for my fiancé, the lady less so rude she started laughing at my mom and my sister (secretly) I caught her from the corner of my eye. I started telling my mom "hey lets go anywhere" "there are more stores that would treat us way better" the lady got mad at my comment then grabbed her husband and told him to help us, my mom is such a kind lady that she wanted to still spend the money with these people! When her husband came he said "this is my wife dont disrespect her or my store" I said dont disrespect my mom, I told him we were going to buy all the gold for my fiancé from here but not anymore. Not only are they rude, they are expensive. Hamdeallah we took our busnies to this other jewler around the area and they respected us to the fullest! These people are so rude and they lost not only my busniess but my three other brothers bussniess as well! They lost a lot of money because of "his wife" I was so close of spitting at his face and his wifes face. I felt so disrespected and humiliated. There gold is cheap and over priced. DO NOT BRING YOUR MOM AND OR FAMILY IN THIS STORE. THEY WILL LOOK AT YOU LIKE GARBAGE.

I searched around for a jewelry store and came upon Elsayed jewelers. But It seemed unpopular even though the jewelry looked nice on the pictures. Well I visited the store and checked the gold, they looked too yellowish and were very light in weight. Basically it wasnt what I expected, though there were some that I liked. My problem is with the owners. They are very VERY VERY VERY rude. They are not interested in anything else other than you just paying the damn money and leave! They cheat on the prices and take advantage of those that are clueless about gold and gold prices. They are VERY unprofessional and just rude. I cant say enough about how rude they are. Especially if youre not a new visitor. And No Im not a jealous dealer like you said to the other reviewer so people wont listen to him/her. I bought gold from your disgusting face and I will forever regret it. I was wondering why no body goes there, but now I understand. For the readers, save time and money and DO NOT even go near these people. I bet the only good review here is done by a relative or a friend of theres, oh wait that was the owner that wrote it. Im not mean Im a nice person and I rather right nice reviews than mean ones but I had no choice. Good day.

Went on the weekend along with my wife to buy a necklace set (costing over 6500) and we were met by a nice lady. Went back on Monday to take a picture of another set that costs 4000 so a friend (out of state) of my wifes wanted to buy, so we can get a better deal. However, the store reception (was a man this time) said they have a policy of no pictures allowed. A policy that cost them over 10,000 in sales. There are other places which allowed us to take pictures like Princess Jewelry, which is where I took my business. Response to YasaBrayoub: We were not informed of such "policy" from the nice lady (as a matter of fact we took a couple of pictures of another items [bracelets]). Regardless, you flat out told me no pictures, nothing about facebook/website, etc.. (which if you did we couldve looked them up). Next time, meet customers with a happy face and a good attitude, that makes a successful business.

The owner and his wife Nada are so amazing! They helped me pick out my sets of gold for my Palestinian wedding. I could not be happier with the quality of gold and how updated the styles were and most of all how nice the owners are. They gave us the lowest price they could go and I know it was the lowest bc I had been shopping around for my wedding gold for a month. I ended up getting all my gold from them, my aunt got gold from them and then my mom bought from them as well. They are so professional and I would recommend them to my closest friends and family! You cant go wrong.

The worst customer service. Very rude. Words cant describe the neglect we felt coming into this store. And we had money!!! Thats the funny part we were going to spend a lot of money with these people thank god the attitude and their true colors showed!! Took our business down the street!!! Cheaper and better quality!!! They act like they are the only jeweler in the area when here are st least 5 within minutes of each other lol. These people supposedly husband and wife are the rudest of the rudest. They really are meant for each other. They lost a 25k customer today.

The worst customer service any human being can ask for !! Avoid this store if you can. There are plenty of other stores in the city that wont ruin your day and provide excellent customer service. The owner was extremely rude, disrespectful and arrogant. I regret spending every penny at this place !!

Went to Elsayed Jewelers last week to pick out a bracelet for my mom. We were given a warm welcome by the young lady at the counter and my mom found a vintage piece that she loved. The jeweler told us about the piece and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend Elsayed Jewelers!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... Dont waste your M$n$Y here!!! I bought a chain , it broke, I had them fix it. They use some cheap service, my chain looks awful, you can tell its not melded accurately. I am very disappointed. Staff are rude.
