We have gone to this family owned business before, but todays visit was extra special. It is my 40th wedding anniversary. I wanted to do something with my wedding ring however I really didnt want to change it. He listened to me and came up with a stunning set of bands that are going to on it. We also took a ver treasured ring that I literary wore the top off. It wasnt made the way I wanted in the first place, but I still enjoyed it everyday. They spent all the time I needed and after listening to me, all of a sudden I hear, "I know what is right" Oh was he right ! I am so excited, this ring is perfect. The one thing that really brought me to tears was a cross. Six years ago, I gave away a cross that was stunning to a very special person. I thought I could find something like it again. I was wrong until today. I really didnt want to spend anymore money, but he knew it was mine and he made it happen. Please even if you have to drive a bit farther, give your self a gift and go. Remember your ring you see everyday, your dress you only see for hours.

Gregory, his family, and staff were amazing to work with. My fiance got my engagement ring from another jeweler and Gregory and I decided to put sizing beads since it was top heavy vs. resizing it and having it to get it resized later in the future - When I came to pick it up, he wanted to make sure he was there to ensure the fit was perfect. When I picked it up, I was concerned because it felt slightly uncomfortable. Gregory reassured me and I waited 15 minutes and he made the beads smaller and now it fits great. He additionally custom made my wedding band because I wanted the diamonds on the wedding band to line up exactly with the ones on my engagement ring. Gregory has a great passion for what he does and puts a lot of detail to ensure you walk away satisfied and happy. I highly recommend Birmingham jewelry for any jewelry/wedding/engagement needs. I plan to get my anniversary band from here too when the time comes! thank you again!

This was my first time coming to Birmingham Jewelry and was treated like I was part of their family. I needed repair on my wedding rings along with attaching my engagement ring to my wedding band which turned out beautiful and also needed a good cleaning. I was so happy with the out come that I have to say many thanks to them for making my rings look the best. When picking my rings up, my husband mentioned his wedding band needed a cleaning and a small adjustment. Without hesitation, Greg that does all the work took the ring and made his ring look like new. We both were so happy and would highly like to recommend all to make a visit to this jewelers for an excellent selection of gorgeous jewelry and the people were so wonderful. We plan to go back soon.

Gregory is the easiest guy to get along with, and he made sure my fiancé and I got exactly what We wanted when we went in to look for bands. He really took the time to work with me and let me try on so many different styles, so I never felt rushed or pressured. He custom made my band for me since my enagamement ring was so unique and didnt come with a matching band. His staff made me feel like a princess every time I went in, too! They are really great people. Im very pleased with their service.

I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry. After having a horrible experience at Jareds in Madison Heights, I came here for my band and to resize my engagement ring. The prices are reasonable and the jeweler is incredible. He was able to tell by holding it that my ring wasnt completely round (thanks again JARED) and fixed it within a week.
