My husband and I were shopping for wedding bands when Chinns was recommended to us. I was so impressed by the customer service. She was very respectful of our budget. I had a yellow gold setting for my engagement ring and wanted a white gold one. Instead of pressuring me for a new setting, she rhodium dipped my ring for free! She also knocked an extra 10% off the price when I mentioned it was still a little over our budget. My honeys white gold 5 mm band ended up being about $300 less than anywhere else we went to. On top of everything, they acted like they had all the time in the world to help us in anyway they could. For a small shop, they had a very diverse and lovely selection. Very knowledgeable. Dont even bother going to a store in the mall!

My family has been shopping there since forever, my earliest memories of being a child and going to a special store was that of going to Chinns. From the pewter engraved cuff bracelet I received when I was a little girl, to the amazing charm bracelet i still wear to this day, and countless other wonderful items we have gotten there, there is no other like Chinns. Dropped by Chinn Jewelry to see is they could fix a favorite smashed ring I caught in closing a door. They took it and hammered it out which fixed the ring. I got out my wallet and asked how much it would be and they replied no charge. I was shocked. I will be going back there again!!! Thank you Chinn Jewelry!!!

I have always had good experiences at Chinns. They handcrafted a ring for me at a better price than I was quoted anywhere else. The service is excellent, and it feels like an honest, welcoming business. Too bad all businesses arent run like this.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid all "chain" jewelry stores and go here for all your jewelry needs. I am a customer for life. They have a wonderful selection, very good pricing, and the best customer service you will ever find.
