I wanted to have a custom necklace made. I needed to learn if it was possible. The person that helped me on arrival quickly understood my question and brought one of the jewelers to answer. He not only answered the question but went on to describe how he would do it. I asked the price for the project. I was amazed. It was far less than i had anticipated. It was ready a day ahead of the completion date. They provided excellent help with a wonderful attitude. I felt special. I strongly recommend this jeweler

I took a floating charm in to have 2 prongs fixed and 2 more added. They took the prongs, gave an excuse why they didnt do as ordered, and glued a new piece of glass (not even crystal) onto to the back because they broke the first one. They offered no refund. I also went there with a few pieces I needed checked for purity. They scraped enough gold off to make posts for earrings! Are they really jewelers or just 2nd rate pawn brokers?

I went here to get an engagement ring and I definitely needed help picking it out. The entire staff there was really friendly and extremely helpful. I couldnt fully decide on a ring so they decided to make a custom ring for me. They got it done very promptly and it turned out so much better than i could have imagined.
