Best jeweler ever! They fixed my engagement ring. Randy at Chantelles went over the problems with me, reset all three stones correctly, lined them up as best as possible (three stone ring was not made perfectly straight), sized and fixed the shank. He also made a wedding band to match up. We went in several times to check the wax setting and try a plastic piece to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The entire set is beautiful now. Have been wearing it for eight months and it is perfect. THANKS RANDY! Goldsmiths was the original jeweler. GOLDSMITH PROBLEMS: stones were set an an angle when they should have been straight, the shank/bottom of the band had more taken off on one side (big oops), then the center stone came loose in less than six months, to fix it they added some white gold to the prong to hold the stone in but it wasnt straight, essentially a big glob which wasnt rodium plated for the shiny white gold look, and globbed so it did not match the other prongs.

Best service in town, and many other towns as well. My girlfriend had some ideas on what she wanted for her engagement ring and we talked about it for a while so I knew exactly what she wanted. I took the ideas to Randy, he knew exactly what I was talking about, was clear about pricing and time frames, helped me pick out diamonds (including the big one), put together the ring in a timely manner. Now my fiancée has a completely custom work she loves that saved me thousands of dollars and appraises like the big box jewelry chains. Dont overpay for the name on the box of a factory mold and careless work.

Best place to go for individualized service and a fair price! Randy was a gem to work with. He conducted an appraisal on my wedding ring for my insurance company and went the extra mile to send it to them directly and follow up to make sure they received it. He also soldered my bands together and when I picked it up after the work was done, my ring looked brand new! My husband and I will be returning to purchase a new custom wedding band for him. I am confident that we will receive excellent customer service and a quality piece from Chantelle Jewelers!

He was very knowledge about the different options available and offered us his best advice. He was flexible with his time and was able to add bumpers to the ring that prevented it from spinning around.
