Ive tried multiple times to go to this store and enjoy it but Im afraid I wont be going back anymore. It is one of the few pet places around here as well, so our options are limited enough as is, but I highly encourage others to avoid this place till they can get a better manager or at least better supplies. I believe the managers name is Jessie? He seems to have a terrible habit of arguing with customers on their knowledge of pets and even gives out incorrect information on them. This not only endangers pets but gives owners bad information that can potentially harm our own loved companions. Dont listen to him and always check the facts he gives because it seems hes one of those managers that does not like being told otherwise. It feels like he targets customers and returning customers just to ridicule them to the point that I feel uncomfortable even going there myself any longer. Very unprofessional, rude, and quite condescending towards customers. I feel for those who have to work for him because the rest of the workers there are actually quite pleasant, but are held back by this one manager who is constantly at odds with everyone. I highly recommend the Petsmart down the street. Thank goodness they opened up shortly after these guys, because even though they have a smaller store they obviously know their facts, are pleasant to do business with, and have safe brands that Petco seems to lack. Petsmart seems to be far better than this Petco. Avoid it if you can and save yourself the trouble of going there due to its poor management.

Wow. So I went there during the week around 9.30 - 10 to pick up some canned dog food. Got what I needed and went to register to check out. No one up there. Groomer was talking to someone, made eye contact with me, yet said nothing. Just seeing how long I would actually wait I just stood there. After 5 minutes Id had enough AND WALKED 15 FEET TO WHERE A GUY WAS STANDING STOCKING and asked if hed check me out. He said sure and as I got to the register THATS WHEN THE GROOMER ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP. Flash forward a weekend later...... I go in there to get some treats on a Sunday at noon. It looked like a tornado hit that place. Apparently they were stocking/doing a reset ON THE WHOLE FRIGGIN STORE!!!!! Empty boxes were EVERYWHERE, they had at least 30 people on the floor (and the place isnt that big) running around like crazy stocking and doing everything else they were doing. Okay, Mr/Mrs manger, do that stuff ON NIGHT SHIFT OR LATE SECOND SHIFT. I mean, wow!!!!!! Where did they find the manager? McDonalds? If you go there good luck and godspeed, its either going to be a ghost town or insane. I dont understand how a brand new store can be so poorly run. Ill be sure to give my money to someone else.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this Petco! Weve brought our dog Sylvie here for nail grinding 4 times now, and each time, were blown away with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the store, and the awesome pricing. Weve had the nail grinding done by each one of the groomers (two ladies, one gentleman), and all three are gentle and quick with their work. They do a perfect job! they get each nail to the perfect length, all while keeping our dog calm. Every employee weve interacted with is friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store!

Ive never been in this store. But Ive called them an ask about their guineapigs. an they didnt know alot about them. Can anyone tell me if the pets they sale are healthy. an do you recommend buying a small pet from this petco? over the phone the employee seemed friendly.. just couldnt answer some questions that I had about their guineapigs that they have. any comments are appreciated. thanks/

Weve had few good experiences here (the one manager who had short hair, dont know her name, but she was really good) but lately, the pet grooming has gone worse. They do shabby cuts, and the last time my dog had come with a cut on near his eyes.. Will never go here. The products are too expensive too.

Got my albino medium sized rat from here. He was sick. They didnt treat him obviously because his URI was so bad. They seriously neglect these pets. He was so bad he couldnt breathe through his nose.

My experience was good. I am a little concerned about the cost of paw trimming and using a Dremil tool for my dogs nails. This cost may be less than other stores prices. Please respond.

The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoy going here more than Petsmart. It is a smaller location so the selection is limited.
