A couple months ago I got a new puppy, Ive brought him into this petco about 3-4 times and everytime I have a worse experience. I own a Red Nose Pit and the employees have made me feel judged for not only the type of dog I have but also for the way I train MY dog. My dog is a spoiled little puppy that gets lots of attention. I recently just got a bark collar and not only one employee but two of them made me feel bad for buying one? If you dont approve of them then dont sell them! I will not be back.

This is the cleanest pet store I have ever been in!!! The fish tanks are spotless!! Shelves are well stocked , in order, very professional staff I have never had a problem with them!! I always go there because I know everything is top notch and I will leave happy!!

They are very helpful when you get a new puppy. They give you a coupon book geared toward puppy stuff. Saved about $150 getting things I needed for our puppy. Ill update after our puppy training courses.

The same stuff is sold at pet smart and its cheaper there. Though the staff is usually pretty friendly and knowledgeable here.
