Had a high schooler with no other fish training than the store refuse to sell me the 5 fish I wanted because her vaster wisdom more like store policy would not recommend 5 at once only 3 too much pee pee ok i know but she got all mad and ran off came back with an adult some guy that could not been over 25 to help she could of just say this is above recommend fish amount and will negate the return policy I will sell but do not recommend that would of been fine but she gets all mad run for a boy and then stands there gives me dirty looks, bad customers service training too many in title young people that most likely do not need the money working there sad I wanted a small pet store

Pet Supplies Plus, Taylors.....do it yourself pet wash! Absolutely fantastic experience; two different sink heights, plenty of soap choices, water temperature was perfect, apron to "try" and keep me dry (I expected to get wet), more than enough towels for drying my dog.....did not use the hairdryer because my dog sheds like crazy. Very helpful associates, all this for only $10....I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Nice store BUT a lot of their baked dogs treats & regular dog treats that you scoop out are stale I tried to give it to my dog but she DID NOT want it because when I picked it up I. Realized how hard it was I tried to smash it up with a hammer & thats the only way I could break it! Im not breaking my dogs teeth seriously should fix this !!!

First time using the self-service dog wash. Excellent set-up, plenty of towels, shampoo & brushes. Perfect water temperature. Meredith was SUPER helpful to outfit us with all the items we needed, and very patient since we had our fur-baby in tow. Glad you carry Solid Gold Pet products, too!!!

This store is new and very clean. A little bit more expensive than other pet stores, but worth checking out. They had pet adoptions in the back. Its new and Im sure could use your business, so I hope that the community supports it.

Nice new local supply store... Prices are slightly on the high side compared to Petco/Petsmart....
