Living in Sun City Center has advantages and drawbacks. One of the drawbacks is the lack of certain stores unless you want to battle traffic. I am glad there is a pet store in the area, but this is no Petco or PetSmart. The store is spacious and has a good variety of items. The drawbacks are the prices. Im talking EXPENSIVE! The Blue Buffalo Food I get for $47 on Amazon with free shipping is $59 here. I realize I have to wait 2 days for Amazon to get it here but $12 is worth the wait. I will say that each and every staff member that helped me went out of there way to help me. They were friendly, well informed, and genuinely helpful. I did end up buying a harness for me dog here because they told me if it didnt fit to bring it back with the dog and they would fit my dog with the correct size and exchange the harness. I will come here if I need something, but the prices are just too high.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FISH DEPT!! We waited for the fish lady for over 15 min, felt like 30! We asked 3 times for another person to help us, but they kept asking her. She ignored us as she continues talking to 2 others about tetras, saying the care over and over, NEVER even acknowledging us or politely asking us what we needed, which was SIMPLY 10 feeder fish!! She never even turned to us as we kept standing behind her, walking in between her and the 2 ppl, walking around the store! Abhorable behavior!

Bought 2 leashes at Pet Supermarket. Within 2 weeks, the straps on both leashes broke. We took them back (they were $30 each) and were told wed have to contact the manufacturer. I pointed out that I did not buy them from the manufacturer, I bought them from Pet Supermarket. Made no difference to them. They have lost a customer and I will tell the many dog owners I know to avoid them.

Ive came here for years buying food and toys for my dog, cat and ferrets but will never go back. Toys are terrible quality and Ive had two harnesses fall apart on me within 4 months, this second one after 3 days and they refused to refund or exchange. The 2nd harness was used maybe 3 hrs and it snapped at the adjuster, no bite marks what so ever and they said my dog mustve chewed it.

I bought a fish 6 days ago they argue with me on the return which is supposed to be seven days they go to replace my fish and they have dead floating fish in the tank I questioned it and they said thats common that they have dead floating fish in the tanks all the time because they overcrowd them so basically they dont maintain or take care of their animals properly

This place has the worst customer service of any pet store Ive been to. The staff has no accurate knowledge of the products or animals they sell, and management doesnt care. If you want to pay more for less service, a longer wait time for anything you ask for, and an added dash of apathy, shop here!

This store sucks! The staff has no knowledge of anything and the fish are poorly cared for and the fish that were sold to me were sick and died not too long after I took them home!
