I purchased a T.V. for $200+. Although they assured me that their T.V. are "functonal before they leave the lot," I did not realize they meant it quite literally. A couple of months later, the T.V. is in no working conditiona at all! And the fix will cost me $300 just to be able to turn it on. Fort Pitt refuses to exchange the broken item so I am down $200 and left with a broken T.V. Remember folks, their motto is "We make sure that it is functional before they leave the lot" and they take those words quite LITERALLY. Because once it leaves the lot, all youll have left are a headache and an empty pocket.

The other day I picked up a dresser along with other items and ended up spending hundreds of dollars and paid in cash. A few hours later I called to let them know it does not fit through my door and they reply with a rude tone that they cant give me refund or even an exchange for a smaller piece and hung up on me. I will never come back here and I will urge everyone else to find a better and more reputable furniture store who cares about their customers.

Sales man had a take it or leave it attitude, not helpful and borderline rude. They only really offer sets, so if you want just one piece of furniture you end up paying 60% of the 6 piece set price on just one of the pieces. So if you just need a dresser, or a bed, dont go, unless you need a complete room. There is no negotiations the prices on the used and sometimes damage furniture is final.

Horrible. I bought a dresser from them. The lady in the store told me it was extremely easy to put together. It has taken me over a week to put this together. They dont offer any service to put furniture together. Even if you offer to pay an extra fee. I will not be returning to this store. I learned my lesson!

I bought a mirror for my foyer and everyone loves it. Its looks very expensive and I got it for a reasonable price. A few years ago I bought a complete set of office furniture and its still in good shape. I luv the quality and the prices of the Fort Pitt furniture.

The salesman are pretty nice but dont use anybody they offer to move your furniture. they rush their time saying they have 5 more deliveries and barely help moving your things in your home. Get someone you know or get some reasonable
