I bought a section3 months ago(Ashley furn)the second day had company over after sitting on couch certain cushions was not firm my ass could feel the springs at the bottom the nxt day Marcus came out and agreed that cushions was bad I was told they can replace cushions waited 3wks after purchase these ppl delivered WRONG CUSHIONS TOO BIG FOR MY SOFA WTF!!!! Spoke to marcus again said need to order I ask if I can return still after 4wks he said yes if cushions not right now its 2 half mos after purchase still no cushions not heard from anyone called 7/26 unsatisfied request to return Marcus said will call me back before end of day need to talk to owner so I can return no call bk 7/30 marcus said have to wait till owner gets back from VEgas ....REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!! still no cushion was told I can return sectional to swop out. DO NOT SHOP HERE AWFUL SERVICE NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUTOMER SATIFACTION AT ALL. I wish I can give no neg star

I use to be a costumer and I had brought furniture from here and a bed room set and the bedroom set had broke a couple days later and they had to come out to fix it so they had pot glue on it the next 2 days it fell of then another pcs fell off on my drawer and at the end of my bed I call them to let them no that the bedroom set keep breaking they told me that my year is up and they cant come fix it they stuff here is cheap dnt shop here go somewhere else
