NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM WORLD MARKET. Normally Im a fan of shopping at World Market. Previous to my recent purchase, I had always shopped in-store. I had a coupon that was expiring, however so I decided to make on-line purchase. In a nut shell, my order never came (2 weeks went by). I called and emailed ... no one could tell me why. Finally my order arrived with the WRONG items. I called and emailed about the issue ... they apologized and explained everything was okay and theyd put a new order through with expedited shipping. I even received an email with a new order number telling me everything was on its way. Another week goes by and still no reshipment. I email to inquire about my second order and receive an email saying that my order was never processed and they are now OUT OF STOCK. They refunded the coupon and said Ill have a credit the next time I order online WHICH I WILL NEVER DO. The saga actually continues, but I wont bore you any further. You get the picture. Nobody can do their job in the warehouse at World Market so if see something you want, buy it from the store.

I could probably spend forever at World Market. Their deals on home goods are usually amazing and they have a pretty good selection of kitchen stuff. They have a really great selection of imported food and candy as well. I LOVE that they have the green tea kit kats from Japan and tim tams (Australia). In my experience, the employees have been kind and helpful. For example, I once asked when they would get more green tea kit kats and the employee went out of her way to track their next shipment for me.

This is the closest World Market to me but I prefer to go to the North Avenue location due to cleanliness and product selection seems betted. This location always seems a mess, but I have gotten some great deals here as well! If you like to dig for a good bargain and dont mind a messy environment then check them out......

Keeping variety is one thing but placing it in very congested way is a deal breaker.. There is hardly any place to walk in some aisle without hitting or bumping into any of the goods. But they have really good stuff. Prices are decent and not heavy on your wallet.

Pro: Free Parking in the Garage. Decent Selection if slightly smaller than some other locations. VERY friendly and helpful staff. Cons: I really cant think of any. Go to WM for the Clearance... Thats where you find the deals.

Love World Market, but this one always has lines. Its right next to the theater though, so they have a great selection of purse sized snacks. Free samples in the front pretty frequently too.
