Majid at Hi-Style has been incredible in lending assistance to an issue I was having with my couch. I had purchased a couch over 3 years ago from Hi-Style and this year it was seeing normal wear on 2 of the cushions. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer but the only way to contact them is through authorize dealers. So I reached out to Hi-Style and spoke with Majid, sending him images and the product #s of my cushions - I was fully expecting to have to pay some $ for the replacements. Majid, after a few back and fourth communications with the manufacturer was able to get me replacements for free, and also have them shipped to Hi-Style at no cost. He solely put in more effort then needed to get these for free of charge from the manufacturer and handled the entire process just letting me know when I was good to pick them up. I could not be happier with my initial purchase and then the support that Hi-Style gave me over 3 years from when I purchased the couch. I cant say enough good things about this place and recommend any of my friends to head here for their furniture needs. Great price, quality, and service from Hi-Style, 5 stars I will be shopping here for any furniture needs I have in the future. Denton

***ATTENTION*** Whatever you do - do NOT buy from Hi Style furniture I have been waiting for 3 months for a headboard that I was promised a 1-2 week . It is now Dec 12 2013 3 months later and I just called and they have no updates on the order and we were told we will receive a call on Monday with more information. The only solution offered after waiting the full 8 weeks was to cancel the order for a refund. Why doesnt Hi-Style Furniture Co.s accept responsibility for their poor customer service, communication, follow-up and tardiness for orders? I am very disappointed as we have purchased the rest of the bedroom set, a chest, 4 bar stools & a desk from them in the past year... Get your act together Hi-Style Furniture Co.s. Once I receive my dresser (if I ever do) Ill be taking my business else where...
