Ive taken my old bike there a few times because its one of the bike stores closer to where I live. Ive made some small purchases and had minor repairs and adjustments made to my bike. Ive been happy with the work which was done on my bike and the time they took to answer my questions to make the correct purchases for my bike. As far as I can tell, its nice, friendly local bike shop and very much a part of the local bike community. Depending where you live and the weather, the ride to Brick City Bicycles can be a very pleasant ride through the historical district. There were a couple of times when I was glad not to follow through on their suggestions for purchases. I pretty much knew how I wanted to set this bike up.

Great service. I had stored my two "Land Riders" in our Northern Illinois home garage for over 12 years and had used them very little. We moved to Ocala Florida and needed to have them serviced. Read great reviews online about Brick City and drove past a bike shop that was more convenient and closer to our home. I had both bikes service and made an additional purchase of helmets, got home and rode both the bikes in a Florida rain. They performed better than I remember them. This Bike shop has a life long customer and Thomas Deaner is a top shelf General Manager/Mechanic that went above and beyond my expectations. Im thrilled and excited to be riding again!!!! Thanks Brick City for restoring my joy in riding.

AWESOME! AWESOME! AWESOME! These guys (and girls) are so cool and friendly that I want to work there..heck..for free even..just to be around the coolness. I went on my first group ride with these guys on a Monday night and instantly felt like I was part of a Family! Jennifer, Regan, and Scott..(along with everyone else whose names I have yet to know) are super helpful, supportive and full of knowledge. Buy at this LBS (Local Bike Shop) if you want honesty and help from people whose knowledge and real world experiences (with examples) will keep you informed! Thanks everybody! Way to go! GREAT SHOP! My first experience with Brick City Bicycles began last year December 2015. I purchased a bike for me to get into Mountain Bike riding and they get me completely set up with everything I needed. They shop set up my bike perfectly and when I needed service, they were always very accommodating to my needs. As a result of the outstanding relationship, I just purchased three more mountain bikes, two for my two daughters, and one for my grand-son. I love all of the staff from Thomas, Anthony, Todd, and Mike in service to Steve Mace who manages the operations. I LOVE Brick City Bicycles.

You can trust them to take good care of your bike, and know that the work will be done properly! And if you need to be fit to your bike, go see Anthony! He has given customers the results they need. I have been dealing with Brick City Bicycles for over a year and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else for my bicycle needs. The mechanics are second to none and do top notch work. The best thing is that they are a specialized dealer, so high-end bikes are no issue for them! With a great service comes a great price too, you dont leave the shop with empty pockets. The best deals in town are at Brick City!

Wow, all I can say is wow. What a great group of professionals. My expectations were greatly exceeded with the helpful and knowledgeable staff. They had just the bike I was looking for gave me a great price. I will always go back to Brick City Bicycles. Service is always top notch I will go nowhere else. Not only are they passionate about there jobs but about cycling itself. Kudos to you all.

Brought my old Bianchi (mid90s racer) in for tune up because they said they had experience & tools to do Campy (Record 10) & it looked ok (it was cleaned) BUT i wasnt able to ride due to illness but 3 months later my 25 year old took it out for spin and had difficulty shifting gears - was the rear derailer not adjusted very well (if at all) - Not very saitisfied - Fair to just ok at best

Our family has been going here for over a year and all I can say is wow! They are really in it for the love of the sport and it shows. The selection is great, the prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is everything you expect from a professionally run business. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a local shop that will be there for your family when you need them.

Best place to buy bicycles. Anthony was very patient and giving of his time. We bought two Specialized Roll bikes and very happy with choice. But it was because Anthonys expertise, fitting adjustments and extra time to make sure we got the right bikes. We feel like we got a lot of attention and a great deal. Plus a Kuat bike carrier were having a great time.

The customer service is very good, bikes are awesome but when I went to go an fix my old bike they where going to charge me $300 to get a normal cassette, put it on and clean the bike on a $350 bicycle. I went to the other store in front of Santos and I got everything for $50 bucks with a Shimano Cassette. I felt that they want to stole me the money

Brick City is great. I dont live in the area and they had the exact bike I wanted. I put it on layaway. After a change of jobs it took a little longer to get the bike than expected but they held it and worked with me. I finally paid it off and they shipped it to me. Its been a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend them.

Knowledgable sales staff and great mechanics. I was able to purchase the right bike for me within my budget and every time I tweak something on the bike the bike mechanics are quick to diagnosis and fix the problem. The shop has great relations with there reps which makes quick returns on sales and warranties if need be.

These guys are great! After riding several other brands and talking to other bike shops, Anthony beat them all. He gave us the best trade on our old bikes. Best price on the new ones and made sure they fit correctly. Great service, best price, superior product. This makes four bikes, we are very happy. I do recommend.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff . Very happy with paddle board I bought a few years ago. I also MountainBike and they have the latest parts and accessories. Expert service and repairs also. A shop you can depend on when you need help with a new bike, repairs or just some good advice.
