This REI store is one of my favorites. Located easily off of I85 next to Whole Foods. Easy parking lot off Woodruff with traffic lights to allow you to enter and exit despite the congested area. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. The store is well laid out. It is smaller than some other REI stores but I have always found what I am looking for.

Great atmosphere and a nice staff. The problem I have is you cant return or exchange without a receipt. You cant even get store credit without a receipt. So make sure you buy the right size and you keep that receipt! They dont have the technology to look up purchases via name or credit card.

First time in your store. Had a great experience. VERY helpful staff and knowledgeable. Brianna in the hiking shoe department was REALLY great. The young guy in the walking stick department was very helpfull they both made for a great shopping experience. We will be back.

Incredible customer service and returns policy. Only issue I have with the local store is very limited product line, styles and sizes. Want to do more business but am forced to go elsewhere or online because I cannot get what I am looking for.

I had bought a pair of hiking boots from them in 2012. The policy then was, if they wore out, theyd replace them. Even though that policy had been discontinued in 2014, they still honored it for me with no hassle. Many thanks, REI!
