Extremely helpful....after being told by a bike mechanic at a nearby bike shop ( in LWR) that he could not reattach the cable guide on my Orbea Orca (he seemed not to want to be bothered)....I went online and found that the local Endurance House was an authorized Orbea dealer...I took my bike in to EH....Jerry, the owner, said he would contact Orbea and find out what was required fix the bike....he then found there was a special epoxy that needed to be used ....after oobtaining this special expoxy...he reattached the cable guide...and charged almost nothing for the labor...more recently I brought my Trek in to see if Jerry could change out the front chainrings from my mountain climbing setup (50x34) to flat terrain setup (53X39)......Again, he did a very professional job and again the charges were extremely reasonable...While there are plenty of other bike shops in the Sarasota Bradenton area I now consider Endurance House my bike shop of choice because of the professional, courteous, and caring attitude of the staff ...I have now started to purchase my bike maintenance supplies from the shop and when it comes time to look for a new bike Endurance House will definitely be the 1st and hopefully the last place I look.... I have recommended, and will continue to recommend, EH to other bike riders

I was their first Cervelo customer as they recently opened. Disappointed because I didnt pick up my bike as scheduled due to the fact they didnt build it on-time. Had to change my original plans. Turned out to have problems with the bottom bracket. Brand new Cervelo. He was kind to try to fix it without success and after several trips back to the store (15 miles each way) for repairs, the owner finally agreed to replace it with a 3rd party bracket. Also, if you want a professional fixing or upgrading your bike, bring it to Village Bikes. I had to return to the bike shop (yet again) to fix a brand new bar tape they installed incorrectly after it came off during the first century ride of the tape. Brand new tape! Not to mention returning (yet again) previously to adjust the gears they said they "adjusted" only to be left with a single gear during a training ride because the internal cable wasnt stretched correctly and had to return at least two more times after that. I tried to stay positive and patient during all that time but after my 9th trip back to the store to fix problems, I decided to edit this review to reflect my experience. Overall, theyve lost a customer. Thanks!

This place has become a second home for me. I love going in, even if its just to hang out and chat. The girls are friendly and helpful, and Jerry is a treasure trove of knowledge. I never feel pressured to buy, and theyre always quick to share their experience and insight. One of my favorite things they do regularly is ask what races in have coming up. Most everyone else in my life doesnt care about my racing, so its nice to be around people who speak my language. Oh, and I bought my first tri bike there and couldnt be happier. Overall, I highly recommend this place for professional and personal service.

The owners and staff are friendly and knowledgeable - no pressure they just share their passion for the sport with beginners to seasoned athletes. My local go-to place for supplies and gear. Great selection of "stuff" and good prices! Jerry is a great supporter of the local tri community, sponsoring local races and offering a weekly group run from the store.
