Went in on Opening Weekend, Sunday, July 17th @ about 1:30 - 2 pm. I was with my wife who was in her wheelchair, but rides a handcycle. We were never greeted, No one acknowledged us. Store was busy, but we did see employees that appeared free. We were in the store for about 20 -30 minutes. Thought we saw the Store Manager talking with ONE customer the entire time we were there. Go by if you like feeling ignored. We have had MUCH BETTER SERVICE at Cycle Haus in Simpsonville, Free Hub on Woodruff Rd., and REI.

I had heard good things about Performance Bicycle and decided to check out the new store on Haywood. My family and I went to the store after dinner on Friday and started looking around. At first, I was pretty excited because I found a number of things that I liked. Unfortunately, one of the store employees was so rude to my family that we dropped everything immediately, walked out, and will never frequent the store again. Okay prices are not worth bad attitudes.

Just discovered the Performance Bike location on Haywood and stopped in on a whim. Ben was helpfully in finding the right bike rack for my car and he even took the time to teach me how to put it on! Great service. The prices were better (for the exact same product) than two other local bike or outdoor centric retailers. Will be bringing our bikes in for service as well, soon.

Purchased a Fuji Tread 1.5. Over the course of several days popping in to discuss my purchase I think I must have met just about everybody who works there. Everyone was excellent, great customer service. Ryan did a fantastic job of boxing up the bike for my trip to NZ - arrived in perfect condition after being carted around on three separate flights to get there. Very pleased!

Special thanks to Brad and Cisco two managers that went above and beyond to help fit me into the bike best suited for me. Go buy some bikes from these guys ! You wont be disappointed.
