Bought a Fatboy here in 2013. Got there first thing in the morning, didnt leave until nearly 5pm. Spent the entire day there because they couldnt get their paperwork in order. In all that time, I was pretty much ignored. Not even a word from the owner. No bike setup during all that time either. A couple things Ive learned that should have been relayed: Dealer should adjust the shocks before leaving the lot. Dealer should have measured for handlebar height and windshield. Ive had had to spend a lot of money fixing things Riders should have done to begin with. Riders is a good place to window shop but dont ever buy a bike from there.

Gave five stars because they dont have 10 star ratings. Bought my bike there April 2014 . Was a in and out 1-2 hrs. Best customer service. Call Me by name the next time I walked into Riders. I have been in 2 accidents since I bought the bike. Had it fixed by them both times and could not be happier with the service . The only dealership that has fresh coffee at all times. Been to 6 in Ala, 5 in Ga ,1 Miss, & 12 in Fla stale or no coffee. People are always friendly and helpful. Thanks Riders and my next bike will be from Yall.

Bought a brand new bike here a couple years ago. Kept me there all day from 9-5. Owner was there as well, never once said a word even when there was nobody else in the store, no Hi, no thank you, no sorry for the wait. No attempts to help fit your bike either, no follow up call. They sell a bike, theyre done with you and Ive been done with them. Havent gone back since and doubtful I ever will.

had tire trouble on vacation.called dealer they got me right in replaced tire found broken shock replaced that .their service was excellent.i would definitely recommend them to anyone.i made it back to Illinois trouble free thanks to them.awesome group of guys.the owner should be proud. thanks again,md

Gave two cause the salesman was very nice but after one month of purchasing the bike it broke down now I am going on week 4 Of them having the bike and they still have not looked at it if I could take it back I would first Harley possibly last

Very informative. My husband and i are thinking about getting a couple bikes, and we havent ridden in a while. Had alot of guestions and Scot Vance answered all of them. Very friendly. Great shop. Alot of beautiful bikes to choose from.
