Zero stars if that was a possibility. Let me start by saying that no one in my family will ever so much as walk into a La-Z-Boy location for the remainder of our lives. Perhaps that sounds dramatic to you, but our experience with these two stores was just that bad. Also, know that La-Z-Boy stores are independently owned and operated. This location, along with many others around the US, is operate by Lebco Industries. In May, with my help, my elderly grandmother purchased a recliner from this store. The chair was just short of $1500. We ordered the electric version and chose custom upholstery. The chair was delivered and it was evident that 1. the upholstering seems to have been done by someone who was apparently heavily visually impaired and possibly missing a hand, and/or 2. it was the wrong chair--not the one we ordered. What came next was almost two months of absurd hassle attempting to get this La-Z-Boy location to fess up to sending us a completely inferior product. The national customer service team was helpful, but they could only do so much as each location is independently owned and operated. It boils down to the fact that the management of this store took advantage of my grandmother, perhaps thinking that she would eventually drop it and theyd get away with providing a completely inferior product and keeping the money from the sale. They repeatedly promised us follow up and resolve (when we would visit and/or call the store to take next steps in a return/refund). There was no follow-up (minus helpful replies from the national customer service team - see my above note about them). Our final resolve came through working with our bank (Chase) who provided impressive customer service via their Merchant Services department. La-Z-Boy now has to "fight" with Chase to determine if they will be paid for their product. Either way, we wont lose any money and we may end up having a free chair on our hands (which we will donate). The salespeople here cannot and should not be trusted and you should think twice about giving them your business.

They do NOT give you a accurate time on when you will receive your chairs! We order chairs right before Christmas and were told we would receive them mid January! Well here we are mid January and we have no chairs! When we called to ask about them John proceeded to tell us that the company in Dallas did receive them mid January but we would not be receiving them till January 21 at the earliest! When I asked him why he missed informed me on the date because when we bought our chairs we were very clear about wanting them as soon as possible and didnt want to have to wait till the end of January which now we are having to do he simply said they were still right on track which doesnt explain my question!! When I asked to speak with a manager or the number to dallas store where our chairs are he simply told me it would do no old theres nothing I can do! Over all we will probably never buy chairs again will take our business else where!! And warning to future buys dont expect their chairs when they say youll get them cause you wont!!!

If you need any repairs on your Lazy Boy products, forget it! There is only one person for 3 major cities you can contact and leave a message for. I have been trying to get a service call set up for 3 1/2 weeks!!!! I still have not talked or scheduled this repair (after leaving several messages!). I have spoke with the receptionist (she did not care!) and asked to speak with a regional manager..... they did not want to speak with me (I was polite!) This is so non=costumer service oriented.... its crazy!!! So frustrated! I would return the chair if it was not over a year!

Poor quality. We purchased a sectional that was delivered with a rip in the back of the chair. When their contractor, Quality Furniture replaced the back, they did not set it right. They had Quality Furniture come out to check it and they claimed nothing was wrong, and if it worsens to call them back. Well several months later when we called Lazy Boy back, they asked us to pay for Quality Furniture to come out to repair what was initially delivered to us in poor condition. POOR SERVICE, POOR FURNITURE. I recommend other brands with better ratings.

I was taking a family member shopping for new couch with reclining end seats. I called ahead and Teresa greeted us at door the next Saturday. It was a fun experience. We wanted the assistance to take us through the available models. Teresa was friendly and professional. No pressure selling. We selected fabrics for the couch and throw pillows. The delivery at 5 weeks was sooner than expected. We are pleased with the quality which mirrors my purchases from the past.

Very disappointed! Wanted chair on sale that said discontinued. Female salesperson could not give me correct sale price and had to keep checking with manager. She said that she would call me but didnt. I had to call back and she didnt remember. I finally had to ask to talk to the manager. I then got another price for the chair from manager and he would not honor previous quote.
