Just when you thought good old fashion service was extinct, the Sears Georgetown team renewed my faith in what a quality service experience can be like. I purchased my kitchen appliances at the store and was totally and utterly amazed at the service, guidance and assistance that my husband and I received from the entire Sears team. From selection, to looking for the best deal for our requirements to providing follow up and follow through on every detail. Kudos to the Georgetown team: They exemplify the customer service that we expect from Sears.

Went by there when I needed a lawn mower. Found the Sears Outlet website with prices for reconditioned mowers and that was when I found out we had a Sears Outlet in Georgetown. The reconditioned mower I was interested in was more than the same reconditioned mowers at other Sears locations but the sales staff were pleasant to deal with. I would go by again.
