The owner is rude and distasteful, and an arrogant jerk. I would never conduct business with someone who handles himself in such a poor manner. He wouldnt open the handicap accessible door for my husband, and then gave me attitude saying it was pointless for us to come in since he didnt know if he could navigate his store. He was short, cold, and rude with all of his responses, and was not even willing to get my husband in the door to give his store a shot. He was not helpful at all, and then became mouthy. He displayed ZERO professionalism or respect. Ive never seen such poor behavior coming from a business owner. Please go else where; there are plenty of well deserving unique furniture stores in Austin.

Cool Stuff lives up to its name. There is indeed cool stuff inside. Some of it is quite expensive, but you can still find good deals on unique pieces throughout their inventory. Bring cash, as many of their items offer a substantial discount if paid for with cash. I was just browsing this visit, so I cant speak in depth in regards to customer service, but the employees I did encounter were friendly and inviting.

Lots of COOL furniture that you you wont find elsewhere. This place has been around for about 15 years and I here it might be closing soon. What a shame, it will be missed
