This has probably been one of the worst experiences I have had with a business. I went to pick up supplies that we had ordered online and when I got there the pick up assistant was extremely rude and had no interest in helping me with the supplies. The boxes on paper were crammed into the cart that when I tried to load them it took me about 20 minutes. The assistant didnt seem to have any interest in helping so I didnt bother to ask twice. We will definitely not be purchasing any more materials for the office here. We usually send about $250-$500 a week and we will no longer be a customer.

I went in at 3:30 on a Saturday to purchase a file cabinet. Mat, behind the register said only he and store manager Daniel were working today. Daniel was with a customer and Mat wouldnt help. I asked if he could direct me to an office supply store that actually wanted business. He said that wasnt his problem. Great customer service right there!

Not happy with Office Depot. Purchased furniture online back in July 2015, returned it in August 2015. Multiple phone calls and still dont have my refund. I will find another company to purchase from in the future. Too bad after many years of enjoying your stores.

This store has poor mgmt. Just bought $100 worth of supplies & we have a loyalty program that works at all other Office Depots. Manager was not helpful....simply said "cant help" & "what do you want me to do" & walked away.

Really bad customer service. I went in for a box of multi-use paper and the salesperson tried to upsell me on a box of paper that was almost two times as expensive even though it was not made for multi-use.

The store was not busy but help was very slow. The cutter has been out of service for several days and was not expected to be fixed for at least another week so no business cards. Not good!
