Everything worked out fine during the office transaction. Delivery however is another story. Once the delivery men came they were kind and went straight to business. As the men were bringing in the furniture I noticed a piece missing. The Delivery guy then goews to ask me if homezone has contacted me about my dresser! Of course my response is NO. So apparently my furniture was damaged in the process, and no one gave me the common courtesy to call and let me know this!! It is not the delivery guy job to relay this information!! Also I call the store and spoke with a Anna she has no knowledge of all of my furniture not being delivered and quite honesty act like she didnt care. I then went to inquire about possibly exchanging my queen size head board and foot board for the king size! since my rrom had more space than I previously thought. You would think this wouldnt be a issue and that they would be happy to since their previous screw up! NOPE anna rudely started discussing a no refund policy and how I signed for the furniture. The furniture has not even been used!! IT IS IN THE SAME CONDITION THE MOVERS BROUGHT IT! THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU GUYS ARE NEW TO AUSTIN/ROUND ROCK AND LET ME TELL YOU THIS TREATMENT IS NOT TOLERATED HERE!!

We happened across HZF while in Austin, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of furniture, the amount of furniture, options, and people! I purchased a love seat, accent chair, and full bedroom set and I am very pleased! Jeremy was the store manager and took great care of us. The store was having a special (no tax) and Jeremy, again was amazing. No matter how many pieces of furniture you buy, its $99 for delivery. All pieces get delivered from Dallas warehouse and they assemble it for you in your new home/apartment. And, you can buy months before and have it delivered when youre ready. Checked several other stores. For the style I was looking for, the quality and price, this place was best in town! Overall, I had a great experience! I was able to "Re-Arrange" the store to pick and choose what pieces of furniture I liked and what pillows I liked. I got high quality furniture; saving a total of about $1000. Even the bedroom set I bought was lined with cedar (good for keeping bugs away), the side table had several plugs inside the top drawer for iPhone and normal plugs, the bed I got had built in drawers too. I am very happy with my purchase! This is furniture that I am confident will last years. Jeremy was great!

This store just opened in our area 3 days ago. A friend said they had good furniture and good prices. I needed two bedroom sets so I gave it a shot on Saturday. I was greeted by a very nice young lady name Kali who gave a brief description of the store and that they werent on commission so please take a look around and shed help us if we needed it. Had several questions about taking one piece off and adding another to a set they already had priced with certain pieces and they were more than willing to do it any way I wanted. This was my first stop so I tried at least 6 other places with no luck. All other furniture was either higher and or not as a good a quality even when they met the same prices. Went in today to get the furniture and they were having computer problems and everyone worked together to help Kali get me out of there. I like when a company works as team. I will definitely go back there if I need more furniture. 2 thumbs up Kali

Bad experience with this store !! I received my sofa+ my dining table last week, 3 of the chairs was broke and damaged, I returned it back and they not answering to any of my e-mails, I have been sent even photo and description of what happen to it, even the delivery guy took a pictures of everything. ALL the pillows were with bad quality, all the stitches came all out, they answer back to me only yesterday ant told me to get a new ones will takes 12 weeks!!!!!! ( but !!!when I purchased the sofa they delivered everything in 2 days!!!!!!) bad customer service you have no one to speak with if you have an issue, I would rather pay a bit more and get a quality furnitures with someone to speak with if I have a problem.

If I could give zero stars I would! poorly made product and this company does nothing to fix it! I purchased a table and living room set a year ago from the Home Zone in Round Rock. I went into the store and spoke to a manager about all three sofas stiching coming undone and the foam beginging to show. He told me to file a claim and that the sofas I had purchased are no longer carried by Home Zone. I filed a claim and they gave me the run around. I sent very detailed photos of the poorly made sofas and had to continue to email and call the store for an update. I FINALLY recieved an email stating that since I did not purchase a extended warranty nothing would be done! I will never recommend this place to anybody!

So I got furniture from here and everything went well the manager was the one who took care of me and it went smooth and I got what I wanted and so I had to wait a week to get my table because they didnt have it at the store so I was ok with that I waited and so a week passes by and I get my table Im excited I get it home and unpack everything and there are no TOOLS THAT I NEEDED!! to put it together and so I call the store and told them and they told me I would have to wait another week for the tools just so i can build my table now I have a table that I cant use in the middle of my dinning room!! Worst customer service ever! I cant believe they wanna make me wait a week for the tools thats not right

Walked into this store not knowing what to expect after, being pressured by a sales rep at Ashleys, I told my brother about it and he advised me to go to Home Zone, I was welcomed with a beautiful smile, by Diane :) was briefed about what to expect and a little store background, which by the way they are family owned business, and all the furniture is manufactured here in Texas. I was treated like family she helped me with my choices didnt pressure me to make the sale I ended up with a beautiful living room set, and my dream bedroom, in less than 40 minutes. I will definetly recommend this place. Did I mention that they have the great pricing. Thank you Home Zone and Diane

Very terrible experience so far. I am a single mom who was working very hard to surprise my kids with a table they can sit to and eat. I bought a dining set from Home Zone and they keep delivering me two chairs with huge gab in the legs, which is not safe for my little ones, when I complained to the store manager he said the chairs have to be leveled to my floor!!! He was not helpful at all, two of my kids still eat on the floor, and I am waiting on another delivery this week, and based on it I will change or delete my review. So far, I do not recommend the store, its a very painful experience.
