One of the nastiest, understocked (of basic things in the Deli), rudest, racist Krogers in North Georgia. If you can, go to the Epps Bridge location or the newest one on HWY 29. If you buy food at the store and want to save time by heating it up in the store Cafe or simple eating a sandwich in the Cafe like HWY 29 encourages... youll be harassed and told that this Cafe is an employee area and you are not welcome. Then youll be told that Kroger isnt a homeless shelter by another employee who was not even involved (just a rude person being rude). Yeah, obviously homeless people are in the area but that doesnt make every single person that uses your Cafe a homeless person. Not only that, for an "employee area" this place is disgusting. You would think the employees would keep the area clean of its their "break room". But its not and no one keeps this place clean anymore. Ive seen BLOOD all over the seats before, had to tell an employee who didnt bother cleaning it up. Ive been disrespected and told to leave multiple times. Ive been harassed. The ONLY reason I come back is because of how close the location is to my work. Someone needs to do something about this place. Oh, did I mention the bugs and rats??

This store is exactly why things like Orlando happen I went in tonight had five coupons and there was only one flipping cashier who happed to be a 13 itch on steroids she said she take her sweet time at self checkout seriously! while twenty ppl behind me lined up .I also want to mention that I saw a rat near the back running around near the stock room so I didnt want to purchase anything open because after seeing this I was extremely paranoid .but the manager Vicki wanted to threaten me because she didnt like the fact I was disabled in a power chair and using coupons.she made me feel very threaten to me and my health and the concern of causing my husband to have a seizure for her actions.if something doesnt change and I dont get a apology tomorrow from corporation i will be contacting my attorney.

I like the staff Ive talked to during the day. The store is clean and has everything I need. But I made the mistake of going there in the evening and felt like I was in the wrong place. Loud and obnoxious (and that was just the cashiers and stock workers), trash thrown around the entry way. The difference is literally night and day as well as figuratively night and day in any way you want to take it. The only issue I had during the day was someone working in floral right by the door soaked in cheap perfume. The place was saturated in stink. No one should have to deal with any kind of smell from the people you are paying for any service. I have an allergy and my throat closes when chemical scents hit me that hard. Im glad I said something, they took care of it it seems.

All in one trip I experienced radical feminism, Reverse racism, and political and religious bigotry. Not my problems..And, jus plane grumpiness. lots of stress in the country/world 2day as nuclear holacost is at defcon 1. And possible 2nd coming... But, dont ask me how I know. But, things r going to be ok no matter what. Good always triumphs over evil! Hadnt seen this mood since 9/11... 90% of the people in the world are basically good & the same w/ diff. Borders, customs, traditions. That means the 10% bad will take care of itself. Im lighting a cigar now. So, heres to a betr day 2morrow and forever...Athens ga great lil classic town for a reason. We all look out for another. Had a ruuf day. Forgive me if anyone affended...

This store has been expanded for a greater selection of products. I shop here regularly but not exclusively so I can find all that Im looking for. My main complaint is that the interior is too crowded, making shopping a stressful experience as you constantly have to negotiate with other shoppers to get around obstacles. Even the front walkway is crowded with merchandise, forcing people to walk on the asphalt in the way of cars to reach the front door. Several times I have driven past this Kroger to drive extra miles to reach the Epps Bridge Parkway Kroger for a less stressful experience. However, this store is always busy, a testament to its value and selection. All local Kroger stores have a good reputation and competitive prices.

We shop here all the time but it is rare that have in stock what is actually on our list. Customer Service is about 50/50. The manager I met and most of the staff on the floor are great but the deli (especially some guy called Mike) are some of the worst. He actually said something incredibly inappropriate to another customer and then walked away from me to serve another customer service(pretty college girl) as I gave him my order. I did complain and talk to a manager but I will wait and see what will happen. Honestly, this Kroger could be a lot better but not sure if they will take initiative on that.

Please, lol. Folks who work here are sweet, and do their best. But the aisles are narrow, you have to be a triathlete to make it from one end of the store to the other, and they never, ever have enough cashiers or people to help get your stuff to your car. Management is jaded, and the parking lot should be in an amusement park. Except that theres nothing amusing about the narrow, dangerous spaces. This is a sketchy location after dark, do not go alone while female, I have had a couple of close calls with creepy panhandlers outside.

No matter how many times I come back they still havent restocked Items I required for the last 2 to 3 months . First they havent been stocking the turtle trail flavored milk free ice cream, then the fudge flavored chocolate shell that you put on the ice cream. And now I kind of find any cherry Coke, all that remains was an empty spot that says cherry Coke. The Coke and Diet Coke and Coke zeros are stocked, but they dont have cherry Coke there. They really need to get their head in the game restocking all shelves.

Came to store and saw a lady letting her child urinate in side walk by main entrance..there was 3 employees watching this take place..told the security gaurd stand Inc at door but she didnt do anything either..she was to involved with someone on the phone to care..I doubt I will come here again and will be sure to tell many people about this..its dad that Kroger would allow this to happen..Ive lost respect for they company as a while for having employed people with such low standards..

I had an awful experience while buying a gift card. My debit was double charged and the gift card was not properly set up. This was not the issue. The problem occurred when the managerial start seemed incapable and unwilling to assist me in cancelling my transaction so I could actually buy the gift card. Seems petty, but customer service is very important to me. Buying groceries is fine but keep interaction with customer service to a minimum.

Very clean and well staffed store. Customer service was AMAZING. Katie in customer service answered all of my questions, was very nice and respectful, and was probably the best Kroger employee i have ever had the pleasure to associate with. I would go back just for the friendly atmosphere! Definitely recommend this store. If going to customer service, or for any help at all, ask for Katie. She is the most helpful!
