They only carry top quality food so I know my cats are not getting scary byproducts or things that might make them sick (nor or later). I can always ask the staff for advice when my cats are sick or picky and get solutions to help them stay healthy. Love the earth-friendly products, especially the toys. (One of my cats goes absolutely batty over their feather toys.) Whenever I get a recommendation from the vet or a friend for something healthy or fun for the cats, Madcat has it. Great range of prices (for the quality -- you wont find cheap stuff here). And they take coupons. :-)

The best part about this pet supply store is the knowledgeable, friendly staff. Second best is that you can buy litter, bring back the containers, and get cheaper refills of those containers. My wife and I have been going for several years now, and we recommend it to everyone we know who has cats.
