The absolutely WORST pet groomer in Pueblo. When he first started there, I picked up my beautiful border collie from an instructed brush & bath, only to find her entire back end shaved to a nearly razor burn. Borders know they are beautiful so she literally hid for days about this. She is completely an inside girl so wasnt even dirty; just routine bath and brush. That guy was SO RUDE. I told him he WOULD refund me, in no uncertain terms. He did; I left; and would never go back or refer that place. COUNTRY CANINE RESORT on I-25 near North Side King Sooper is where I go now and Belle Starr loves them. They also have a self/walk in bath if you want to give a quick bath yourself.

My dog got a horrible ear infection and wasnt showing she was in pain. It was so itchy deep in her ear that the only way she could get it was from the outside. She scratched under her ear so much it was raw. Our vet told us it was because if you bathe a dog you have to dry their ears with alcohol, not cotton like Aspen uses. She got swimmers ear and had we not known because of the large scab under her ear it could have gotten much worse. The owner refused to take responsibility and claimed it had to be allergies, well the vet who had a phd in vet medicine sure didnt think it was allergies. Do not go here!

I took my two shitzus here and she did amazing job! We just got them and they were strays, so they really needed a chance to start over on the hair. Theyre cut short as we asked and look so pretty! We were offered the option to have bows in their hair too, but we opted out. Its a nice option though! I would highly recommend this groomers. Im fully satisfied, the owner is SO nice and I can tell she really cares about the animals she works with. Ill definitely be back!

The greatest customer service ever! Lynette is so friendly and so good with our dogs! Derrick is awesome as well! Love the bow options for the pets and how clean my dogs come home as! Definitely recommend this grooming shop over any other in Pueblo!

Initially happy when picked up my dog but after bringing home and looking over my dog. Not happy with the grooming. Hair was all uneven, his nails dont look like theyve been cut. Just not happy Unfornuately.
