The first time was a great experience , so much so that the following year, I went back in and had another eye exam and bought two glasses, in a year the customer service and the quality of work has went down hill. They made my glasses with 2 different lens, one with UV and one with out. So one is green and other is clear. Manager sat there and denied it and made a ton of excuses and the manager Cornelle is a joke and needs to have classes on how to handle situations and not blame it on the client. I didnt make the glasses your store did. Needeless to say I took the glasses and went to another store to have them fix and redo them.

Paid extra to have edges rounded and buffed. Was sent back to me not done. They sent them back, 2 weeks later they called and said they are in. Went to get them and they were just the same as the first time. This went on for 2 months, back and forth then the last time I went to get them it looked like some one took a little buffer to them. Not polished or rounded. They sat there saying thats how they are suppose to look! Wrong, look at these Im wearing! Not the first time weve had a problem with quality and service, but it is the last time!

This place is terrible.. The staff likes to lie to avoid the truth. I ordered my glasses 11 days ago and still do not have them.. The staff said the reason I do not have them yet was because of our insurance, the problem with this I didnt use our insurance for these glasses, we paid outright for them. After spending 10 minutes on hold I got an answer of well we dont have your lense. We are missing a lense call back tomorrow to see if it comes in. This place is awful.

I requested my glasses to not have any coating on them since these coatings scratches so easy. That where coated anyways. They told me that if they ever scratch to bring them in for a free polishing. The coating was so soft the hair on my head has destroyed the inside of my lenses it to the point I cant use my glasses. So I go it for my free polishing to be told they never have offered anyone a polishing and they dont do it. Dont support business like this guys!

My experience here is almost always terrible. Customer service and friendly attitudes are clearly not important to Vision Works when they select their staff. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They act like it is a chore to do their jobs. And the contact department is the same. I always feel like I am treated as an inconvenience instead of as a paying customer.

Ordered contacts almost two months ago, and they still havent arrived. Each time I call they tell me "theyre probably in the next delivery, we will call you when they come in". Im starting to wonder if they forgot to place the order in the first place. One more week and Im asking for my money back.

Scheduled an eye exam online for 9:30am the next day. Received a phone call about an hour later saying all appointments were booked for the a.m. and all they had left was 12:30. I dont understand why you have an online booking option when it doesnt update and show what times are available.

I had a great experience. Knowledgeable staff, great fitting, and huge selection. I can SEE! Highly recommended. My glasses were ready same day even though store was crowded. The rep that worked with me reworked the different deals and promos several times until he got me a great deal.

I was calling to make an appointment but when I asked them to verify my benefits they wanted me to call and get them. My daughter works in a medical office doing billing and has always verified patient benefits. If they are too lazy to verify my benefits Ill go elsewhere. Their loss.

First time patient for me. Absolutely loved it. Dr. Buckner took great time and effort and all the support staff was helpful and courteous. It was busy, so bring some time, but I never felt that they did not so their absolute best to see me in a timely manner.

I waited for almost an hour and a half before I went back for my eye exam. I think they are short staffed but there were a lot of people in need of assistance. VisionWorks as a whole is not horrible, but this office in particular is very bad. Not acceptable.

Got checked in on time. Got initial eye screening done right away. Had a set appointment but,....it was over 55 minutes waiting to talk to an optometrist doctor. Organized, friendly service, the wait time to speak with a doctor leaves much to be desired.

I have no idea why this place takes appointments. Ive been twice and both times Ive had to wait 30 minutes + past my appointment time to do anything. I will not be back. There are too many options in BG to waste my time here.

Got a year supply of contacts, and one of the pairs burned my eyes and had a hole in them already. Called and asked if I could get a new pair. Because those were defective and they told me no... wont be going back.

Glasses were priced at 219but rang up a 249. We were told that 249 was the price even though the sticker said 219. Their customer service is very rude and untrained.
