I have been to a lot of different eye doctors over the years but I cant think of any that were better than this place. Everyone was friendly and had pretty much no wait time to be seen. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Ive sat in waiting rooms for other eye doctors longer than that. Even the whole process of making my appointment was pleasant. And youre able to fill out all your paperwork online so you dont have to sit forever filling out papers when you get there. Overall a fantastic place to go, great location that is easily accessible and a wonderful staff. I cant say enough good things about them.

Focus Eyecare is PHENOMENAL! Called and asked if they could get me in same-day - they made it happen. The office is beautiful and very welcoming. The staff is very friendly, helpful and willing to put up with my antics. Dr. Vanderhoof is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating with her time. The exam went great, and it appears they have top of the line, state-of-the art equipment. Honestly, this was the best optometry visit Ive ever had. I cannot sing enough praises about this practice and their facility. YOU WILL BE SO GLAD YOU WENT HERE, SO GO. Seriously...do it...

Dr. Vanderhoof and her staff are super professional, down to earth and use the latest technology in eyecare that simply isnt available at my old optometrist. If you live that side of I-24, its a no brainer. Shes building her practice and nows the perfect time to switch. Dont be shocked when you call and they tell you they can get you in the next day (instead of three months down the road). If you look at computer screens all day long like I do, ask them about the newest blue light lens technology - good stuff. Glad I made the switch. You wont be disappointed.

My wife and I recently visited and purchased glasses from Focus. Dr. Vanderhoof spent significant time with both of us. We both are highly satisfied with her professional skills and highly recommend her to anyone wanting quality eye care. The staff went out of their way to provide service which we have never experienced with other eyecare facilities. Believe me, I have been wearing glasses nearly 45 years and am impressed with this operation. This is the type of service that only a few businesses deliver. Keep up the good work Dr. Vanderhoof and staff.

My wife had an appointment Friday, and me Monday. Wonderful staff. Dr, Vanderhoof was wonderful and professional. Took her time and explained everything. I have never had a more thorough eye exam. I wear bifocals, but look through the bottom lens on my computer for work. I explained I wanted to get a cheap set of glasses for omputer, she asked how far the monitors were. Reset my near vision prescription for the cheap set to accommodate my specific needs for that set of glasses. I really appreciated that.

Extremely thorough and personable. Ive been to a few optometrists and while I dont have negative things to say about any of them, Dr. Vanderhoof really set herself apart by noticing things in my exam that I never mentioned and gave me tips on how to help resolve them (example, my itchy eyes from my work environment) and was easy to understand when she explained everything. There was absolutely no wait! The later appointment in the day was also very helpful.

Not only did I absolutely love the care I received here-- comprehensive eye exam (honestly, the most comprehensive I have ever gotten!) I got some great tips on how to relieve my migraine headaches, and that was AMAZING. Dr. Vanderhoof is thoughtful, caring, and kind. Her staff is top-notch. Beautiful design and aesthetic make the patients feel welcome, and a great array of glasses. I cant recommend this place enough. Thanks!

I loved the feeling of the office! As soon as I walked in, I was immediately comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They helped me pick out a few frames and told me whether they looked good or not. I really appreciated the honesty! The doctor was very laid back and engaging. She was really easy to talk to and she explained what she was doing during the exam very well. I will definitely be back!
